Which DVD would you save????

If you had a fire and you could only save 1 fitness dvd, which one would it be and which one would you gladly see burn up??? Linda

I would save Body Max 2!! Great music, SO fun, challenging, AND you get cardio & weights in 1 workout.

I would gladly let Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred burn. Even if that part of the house wasn't on fire, I would throw it in there. I just can't stand that workout; it's boring, not challenging at all IMO, and her form is crap.

Only one?? Are you kidding me?! Well, OK.....I guess it would have to be PUB.

I would not be upset to see my Physique 57 DVD's burn up.;)

Geez, now that you said this I might just hafta start keeping all my DVDs in one big box so I could grab them all at once!! :p

Tough question since I LOVE all of my Cathe's, but I guess I would save 4ds, although that is really 2 discs, but in one case. My Jari Love's I would let burn up (sorry JL fans!). Oh too late, I already got rid of those anyway.:p

Save:I would have to save IMAX2 w/ Cardio & Weights. You have everything you need on that video.

Fire:Though I get great results from KickMax, I hate to say I would not be upset that one was set on fire. It's a LOVE / HATE though. It's SO hard to get through those blasts, BUT I LOVE the feeling ( and all the sweat ) when I am done with that one.

Fun post lrusso!!

That's a tough question. I would save either Low Impact Circuit or the Shock Cardio HiiT.
I would not be sad to let my TaeBo DVD or my TurboJam go.

To burn, definitely, Chalene Extreme. To save, I think has to be Slow and Heavy, but I'm running back in for STS and Insanity!

The dvd pouch that holds STS, CLX and some Firms. Yes, I'm cheating, but hey, I can grab it in the same time I could one dvd.

LOL! I was thinking I need to buy a fireproof safe to keep my Cathe workouts in. I could let the rest burn up.:p :D

I'm saving Drill Max, or maybe Muscle Max.

I'll gladly throw Keli Roberts' Body Bar Strength & Conditioning in the fire. (Love Body Bars, don't love Keli -- sorry.)

I'd grab Muscle Max and Pyramids (sorry, I'm takin' them both!). If I had the chance I'd probably grap Bootcamp and High Step Challenge, too. Tae Bo would be a victim of the blaze. Although I'd really want to grab my Brian Kest, too (in both senses - ha!!)
