When is Pre-Order charged?

If you Pre-Order shock cardio, when does your card actually get billed? right away or when it ships? I have not pre-ordered from Cathe before. thanks.

Not Cathe, so hope you don't mind me answering, but having pre-ordered I can tell you that they charge you right away.

Yes, they refund if you cancel prior to shipping.
