What's Your Favorite Cereal?

As a kid, Kelloggs Frosted Flakes because they're GRRRRREEAATT!!!

Now, Shredded Wheat and Bran, Uncle Sam, and old fashioned oatmeal with apple, cinnamon, and toasted walnuts.

I don't really eat cereals, but for snacks, I like these "Panda Puffs" that are round and peanut-butter flavored (real p.b.---I get these in a health food store).

Otherwise, I just go with a morning smoothie, and/or oatmeal.

I don't know what I'd do without Corn Flakes in this world. And, they just MUST be Kellogg's! Ever tried Organic Corn Flakes blechhh

LOL Michele,
My DH still loves Kellogs Frosted Flakes...we must have about 6 boxes in the pantry. Now, I'm getting nervous because he is starting to the collect all the "Weebles" that come free in the box (he wants to get all 52...LOL).:)

Robin:+

unhealthy - captain crunch berry...it shreds my mouth as well!
and Lucky Charms

healthy - Kashi go lean crunch and all bran

Lisa

unhealthy - Count Chocula or Cocoa Puffs (I don't buy them anymore or else they'll all be gone in one day)

healthy - Granola cereal without raisins (I think Post makes this one...)

Well I was eating Kashi High Protein Cereal for so long that it started to taste BLAH! So I switched to plain oatmeal which is better. Of course, I add in some splenda and cinnamon for extra taste!
On the weekends, I make protein pancakes.

As a kid, my favorite was Trix (silly rabbit!). But now that's way too sweet for my taste.

Right now, my favorite is Quaker Oatmeal Squares - I eat them right out of the box, no milk. Great crunchy high-fiber high-protein snack without tons of sugar. I also like Wheat Chex and Kashi Heart To Heart.

I can't stand the taste of sugary cereals.

Favorites are corn flakes and Special K, but they have to have fruit mixed in.

Hands down Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter!

Oh, healthwise - Allbran topped with a little granola..

Banana Nut by Bear Naked: whole grain oats, honey, oat bran, banana chips, almonds, walnuts, coconut, crisp rice and maple syrup.

It's baked/toasted and tastes great with milk, sprinkled in yogurt or just by itself.

QUISP AND PEANUT BUTTER CAPTAIN CRUNCH. QUISP IS HARD TO FIND THOUGH!! PROBABLY A GOOD THING SINCE I EAT THE WHOLE BOX IN ONE DAY!!
