Not to be the bearer of bad news, but just an FYI. For those who eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch, my nutritionist told me to eat Kashi cereals but NOT the ones that have the word "CRUNCH" in the name. I just checked and Kashi Go Lean Crunch has twice the sugar of Kashi Go Lean.
Of course, if you don't like Kashi Go Lean, then Kashi Go Lean Crunch is probably better than Count Chocula, so it's all relative.
