What's everyone eating today?

I just finished some cold steamed veggies (asparagus, cauliflower and carrots) and some chick pea (that's garbanzo bean to you Yanks;) ) white kidney bean curry concoction that my SO made last night. Sort of like modified Chana Masala. Oh boy it was good.

I have some fat free cottage cheese and pineapple for my snack later this afternoon.
 
Leftover grilled chicken breast and an ear of corn from dinner last night, hand full of carrots, bing cherries. I love summertime!
 
I just finished having 4oz lemon/pepper albacore steak and an orange steamed pepper w/ one matzo.
In about an hour and a half, I'm going to have some yogurt.

One whole wheat pita pocket bread stuffed w/ sliced baked chicken, bell peppers, cheese and red onions. One half of a red apple and a big bottle of water.:D
 
Boy you eat well. I normally have a burger or peanut butter and jelly and maybe fruit. I have to learn better things to eat. Maybe I will watch for your ideas more often. Way to go. I need some self control and some good meal ideas. I normally eat what I feed my children.
 
Leftovers! Butterbeans, spinach, a bit of sweet potato, and some shrimp. Probably have some yogurt 'n fruit for a snack this afternoon.

Karen - if you're looking for good ideas, this is the place to come. I've got so many good ideas from these ladies. My grocery list has changed dramatically since I started here. My daughter still eats her normal kid stuff, but I always make something different for myself. It doesn't really take any extra time or effort.:)
 
My lunch sounds boring. I ate some mac-n-cheese my daughter made. Should of ate some chicken we ate last night. I couldn't turn down my daughters lunch huh?

had a cup of fresh spinach with sliced apple and almonds with a bit of balsamic and olive oil dressing. my snack in another hour or so will be light and lively cottage cheese cup, and a slice of whole wheat bread with a tbsp of lowfat peanut butter.
 
I had a whole wheat pita with turkey breat slices, a handful of brocholi and cauliflower. I also had some organic guacamole chips made by Graden of Eating, yum, yum. Oh I forgot, a small glass of skim milk
 
I was a tad bit naughty. I had a barbecue chicken chopped salad and split a cheese pizza with my hubby at California Pizza Kitchen-my favorite restaurant. I will definitely have a very light dinner though.

Brown rice, black beans, corn and salsa. Laughing Cow cheese wedge and a (big) bunch of cherries-soooo good!

Well, everyone's lunch sounds so yummy, well except for Carmenelectra's gum! I had baby carrots dipped in lowfat cottage cheese and a peach for dessert - BORING!
