What was your first?

Mine was also (I think) Mega Step Blast at the end of 1993-94! Boy, that was a long time ago:) :) . But I have stuck with Cathe all the way!

I think it was bodymax or MIC.. i cant remember. Either way they were both addicting enough that i kept buying more

I discovered Cathe on Fit Tv too. It was 4 years ago but I am pretty sure my first workout with Cathe was Power Hour. I don't know what it is but, hers are the only workouts I've been able to stick to long term and no matter how many times I do them, they don't get boring.

IMAX around 2000 or so. I found out about Cathe while searching for more interval workouts. I was hooked on Gin Miller's "Intense Moves" and wanted more.
 
Rhythmic Step on Fit TV in November of 2005. I have almost all of them too except of the really old stuff like the Classics, Pure Strength and Get Fit for Your Wedding.
 
Well Beth I'm an ole timer here. My very first was MEGA STEP BLAST of all things!!:7 I've been working out to Cathe for 15 years now. Kathy:D
 
Maximum Intensity Cardio

My girlfriend got it and MIS for me for my birthday. It took a while for me to warm up to MIS as I really hated doing weights. Ironically I now do them 2 to 3 times a week.

I totally loved MIC and now I have all of Cathe's advanced workouts.

My non-Cathe workouts are for recovering from injury (which knock on wood means they haven't been touched in years). The only exceptions are Kari Anderson's Angle, Lines & Curves I & II and Reach. They're great for flexibility days.
 
Kick Punch and Crunch/Legs and Glutes...I think I got this DVD in 2004. I was looking for something more challenging than the Firm and I found her! :) I do credit the Firm for getting me to the place where I could attempt Cathe. Now most of my DVDS are Cathe and I've given away all my Firms to a friend.

For me, it was KICKMAX. I had always loved Taebo and other kickboxing videos so I thought...hey, this should be right in line with the other stuff I have done.

WRONG!!!!

Wake up call of the century!!! I was challenged like I had never been challenged. Those blasts...I had never even heard of a blast until Cathe.

Now..I am blasting off at least 2 times a week and I love it!! }(
 
I had first brought the small step, looked at the tape that came with it and said forget that!!! Then comes Fittv. I was tired of the firm and saw Muscle Endurance. I did that and the rest was history. I refused to do any of her step because I thought, that is way to hard. Then comes Low Max on fittv. First Cathe step I did and now I only need 6 dvd's to have them all! :) Great for the body x( hard on the wallet!!!!!
