What One Move Do You Do...

I am astonishingly wimpy next to you ladies (and gentlemen). I bow to your greater physical abilities. I'm hoping to spend the winter catching up to you all.

Pull ups make me feel strong - I like that I can do 15 unassited to my husband's 5 -- ;)

Push ups are another one, but I'm still way behind most of you ladies. I'm pleased with myself when I can do 10 on my toes before I have to drop to my knees. I'll get there though . . . key is not to give up!!

Here's the man (Anthony) explaining how to do a KB Renegade row and this clip actually helped me a whole lot. :)

I've never tried ball slams but I think it would be great for stress reduction. :D

No Seriously you girls are killing me here. Push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc, I can only dream!!!!:eek::eek:
I'm happy and strong when I don't hit the pause button more than 4 times during DRILL MAX

Pullups are definitely mine as well...especially those crazy ones from P90x where you hold a towel with one hand and pull yourself up.

I can't do very many of those at all, but I do feel like "roaring" when I 'm done.

Finishing Extreme Kettlebell Workout with Keith Webber makes me feel fit, exhausted and powerful, its the toughest kettlebell workout out there in my opinion. I also upped my kettlebell weight to at least 20 pounds and use 25 for swings.

...that makes you feel like you are The Queen of Fitness, just rocking it? For me it's those Hindu pike push-ups in P90x Plus. I successfully do those and afterwards I feel like roaring like the hulk or eating raw meat or something!!

Sparrow - I am really laughin' that the "Hindu" push-ups make you fell like eating raw meat!

Personally, I always feel strongest when I can accomplish heavy tasks with ease. Latest example: pick-up one side of my king size mattress, flip it, and carry it over the bedspring to not mess up the skirt.

Great question!
