I am thinking maybe I should go back to making an exercise rotation for a week at a time because I am sitting here thinking what workout to do. I am on vacation this week but I don't have time to sit around deciding each morning before work.
I am going to do high step training advanced
and a few segments of janis saffell quick fix kickbox
and pilates.
I can't seem to find how HSTA rated in the intensity level can anyone help. It sure feels like a great workout to me.
