What is your workout for the day?

I am thinking maybe I should go back to making an exercise rotation for a week at a time because I am sitting here thinking what workout to do. I am on vacation this week but I don't have time to sit around deciding each morning before work.

I am going to do high step training advanced
and a few segments of janis saffell quick fix kickbox
and pilates.

I can't seem to find how HSTA rated in the intensity level can anyone help. It sure feels like a great workout to me.

Good morning!!! HSTA is listed under the circuits workouts. It rated an 8.80. I have never done it, so thats all I can tell you.

HSTA to me is a very tough workout (I think I rated it a 10).
Lately I've been planning my own rotations on a weekly basis for the same reason you are thinking of making one. I would go to my workout room and stare at the DVD's and then decide what I was in the mood for. Once I had a set plan I find I'm not wasting so much time.

I am just contemplating my workout this morning as well. I did HSTA the other day for the 3rd time and it's a good endurance workout and a real leg frier. I just don't think that I will grab for it too often because the cardio blast is a little flat for me and leg presses are a little overdone. I just get into the cardio and then it's over. The weight section is pretty thorough and intense. Just my 2 cents worth. :) Now, for this morning, it's a lower body day. I think I will do CK and ME lowerbody premix. I better get to it. I have been very busy and need to get this house cleaned and Fall/Winter clothes organized. Boring!! But, it must be done. Have a good workout!:)

I did HSTA yesterday and my oh my it is a leg fryer whew!!. I know there are a lot of strong strong people on this board. I upped my weight on the high step to 1 15 pound dumbell and woweeit was tough I burned major calories and was dripping. I really really love it, I think I will do it often I have to keep working my legs,LOL. I just love ME too that is tough. I hear of so many people who do premixes with there workout I have all dvds so maybe I should try it. I did try it with the lower body pyramid for a upper and lower body workout. I just wanted to say hello and have a wonderful day. Have you ordered any of the hardcore dvds yet?.

I did Circuit Max this morning. Now I am at work and I need a nap! I usually decide what workout I am going to do the night before. That way I save time in the morning.

I just finished my first week of an Intensity Series rotation. Today I did PUB. Tomorrow I rest and it is a well deserved rest day. I am enjoying this set. I have it on VHS. I do IMAX2 a lot but only tried this IS rotation once before and I burned out pretty fast. I hope that doesn't happen to me again. I feel very accomplished today having completed my first week through this time and feeling strong. I owe so much to Cathe! Thanks Cathe.

Did Step Blast today for the first time and I love it!!!!! I just got the DVD and cannot wait to try out SJP and all those wonderful premixes!!!

I also did Step Blast today. Lately, I've been working 12 hour days, so it's necessary for me to do something I consider to be 100% fun, or I won't want to get up before such a long work day to exercise. Step Blast fit the bill nicely.

I did the cardio from CTX Step and Intervals and all of PLB. It felt really good. I haven't done the Pyramid workouts for a while. Earlier this week I did PUB.
