I'm not using it yet. Still trying to learn how the WM works. I wanted to add my own non-dvd workout for a day and couldn't figure out how to do it. Maybe once STS comes out, I'll be more familiar with the set-up.
I'm entering my completed workouts but thats all. Not sure what other features are available but I'm hoping we'll get more info once some of the kinks have been fixed.
I am using it, and I find it more motivating. It's fun to see how many cardio, strength mins I can rack up in a week.
Also, I do my own rotations, and I can see where I need to add weights. Then to tone it down on the cardio!!!

I like it!! I just wish there were more options for scheduling things like HIIT sessions and kettlebell workouts. Is anyone out there scheduling those types of workouts? If you are, would you mind sharing some suggestions on how I can do this? I may have missed exercises in there that would qualify. Thanks so much!!
I have been using and find it very motivating. I think there are still improvements that I would like to see, and have not figured out how to add non-cathe DVDs, but overall I like clicking completed on each workout and seeing it turn red.
I just explored the new world of My Calendar this evening. It's intriguing and fun...but not sure how useful it will be to me. I think it'd be awesome if it would email you reminders, but that's probably just me.
I like my RT Cathe calendar, because I can look at it many, many times a day. That's very motivating to me, especially when I actually keep track of my workouts and play with those fun stickers.
I'll probably use both for awhile and end up just using the paper calendar, but who knows?
I'm using it, but I'm forcing myself to do so at this point. I have 2 other places I keep track of my workouts: Fitday and my Microsoft Calendar. Both of those are a little easier to use than the WM.
