Today I decided to substitute my daily 100 Calorie Pack of Oreo Crisps with 8 oz. of skim milk and an apple. I'm adding more protein to my diet, so I decided milk was a nice low-calorie and healthy source. But...that's an extra 90 calories and I had to figure out where I could cut something else out. And so....goodbye Oreos. How I've loved you....
