Arrrggghhh! Bob is advocating 800 calorie diets?!?! I have officially lost all respect for him. That very same idea is one of the (MANY) reasons I despise Tracy Anderson, actually. Survive on an itty bitty little tiny bit of food, exercise for hours (according to TA only doing HER workouts...everything else is a waste of time) and all for the holy grail of being SKINNY! Now I understand why Nia Shanks went off on him recently with the Skinny Rules thing...which I immediately was surprised to even see him write up something like that, and now it sounds like he's going even further with it. Can you tell I'm disappointed?
I haven't been watching either one of those shows. I'll have to check 'em out!
Marie- you'll have lots of time for formal exercise when B gets older! Trust me, you are waaaay more active than I was back then. There was just NO time for mama back then! Once they start crawling, all bets are off because they are into everything once they are mobile. lol
Sarah- I love Korean Kimchee! My BIL is Korean and his mom showed my sister how to make it so sometimes she'll make a huge amount of it. She says it makes her kitchen pretty stinky when she does though, lol. They've made Nori rolls with it which is sort of like sushi but instead of raw fish they put kimchee in the middle of the rice and wrap it with the seaweed. Yum!
Hi Jen!
Gotta run...TTYL!
