We're In This Together **APRIL**

Good morning girls!

Today I'm aching because yesterday, while doing LIC, I did something wrong with my left anckle and now I have pain from the anckle to the left side of my back! And can't complain though otherwise DH will start saying I push myself too har, which is not true. I think I will skip any kind of high impact workout for the next days... :( Until this pain goes away completely. I think today will be high-reps low/medium weight total body conditioning, or at least UB and LB according to pain on the left side. I can easily walk and move, but it hurts every now and then

Natty: how cute is your new avi!!!!Great picture of you and Bella!!!
I have Lowmax and really love it , it's perfect when you want something to work your legs using your body weight against gravity, and you want to kick in some goos cardio too. 8 inches is avisable if you want to reap all the benefits, but I used to do that on 6 inches and you will feel worked from head to toe all the same.

Colleen: You made me logh so much about your toilet stop while working out!!! My rule #1 is to empty my bladder even BEFORE turning on the dvd player :D I agree with you that I need to pause for light sips of water and when Cathe doesn't allow me any time for that, I feel like gasping for air...Water is something I som much need while working out!
Thank you for you suggestion about mixing CSS and AB, great great idea! I will try, and if I come up with a decent solution I will tell you Natty, I know the blender is a bit nasty to use sometimes :)

Sarah: my husband is very busy too, he had resumed working out a few motnhs ago and then stopped due to health issue (hope to get out of this bad period ASAP!).Anyway all he could afford was 30 minutes a day. years before it was only 20 minutes per day, nonetheless, he still had benefits and lost fat, gained muscles and so on. I'm sure that having you as a coach and supporting him will make the real difference ! I remember when I went running (which I don't particularly like) just to get him moving, as he loves running. it's something that you do together, will make your bond even stronger!;)

Jen: so happy for your graduation!!!!How about the snow thing? This time of the year? Is it that common? I know you and Natty live in cold places, but May is just a week away!!
I can't believe it...We are having a cold spring, temperatures pretty below the average, but a new wave of hot hot weather is forecast for the next week and to be honest, I'm really longing for that as I start to be fed up with this cold, rainy weather.

Ok...got to go know...baby Riccardo is awake!
have a nice day everyone!

It's so good to here from you Ellie. I'm sorry you hurt yourself. Take it a little easy on our ankle. You can always workout the UB and abs extra good. I love Lomax too. On an 8" step my legs feel very tired afterward. Sometimes mentally it almost seems easier to do higher intensity on a lower step like Imax 2.

I like the looks of the rotation that you are doing right now Nat. It wold give me a chance to use STS Total Body more, which is a good thing because Ive only used it a few times. You are sure to love BodyMax 2. I agree with Colleen 100% on giving yourself another day between UB with your STS rotation. You may not need it every week but, you can cross that bridge when you come to it. Otherwise it looks really good. How do you like those squats that she does with the bar at your feet in the the front rather than up on your shoulders?

Jen - Goodness snow again, maybe it won't happen. Around here the weather reports are only right half of the time. Phone Interviews? Are they common? Seems like a good idea, a little less intimidating.

Today is 50 min steady state cardio, so I will do a jog on the treadmill. I keep waiting for travelfit to be on sale so I can pick it up for my mom. Her knee is really bad again. She had the cockscomb injection last week and it felt good for 2-3 days but is really bad again. She hasn't been to Zumba for 2 weeks, she is depressed.

Cashew butter is delicious. But then again, as my daughters say, "Mommy you say everything is delicious."

Good morning everyone

Yesterday's w/o was LBB. My DH came home from work while I was doing it, and I hate people watching/interrupting me, so I keep the door closed always. Doesn't he slide his phone under the door while using an app to transform a pic of me as a zombie making growling noises . At first I was kinda pissed off (I HATE having to stop, especially when I'm in the groove) but then I started to laugh. Those apps are hilarious! He also has me as an 80yr old....ewww......I think that one was worse than the zombie .

After some thought and consideration, I have decided to do the STS/Shock Cardio rotation after all. It's pretty easy to modify, and I can easily sub/with other cardio w/o's. I'm taking Jen's advice and just doing the 3 STS days without adding in any extra weight/circuit days. It never even crossed my mind that I might be destroyed with DOMS. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that I will be working each muscle group only once and seeing results. I guess that's the magic of STS...

Ellie
I'm so sorry to hear about your back and ankle. It's funny how you can get injured and not even know what caused it. That was me w/STS TB and my lower back. Take it easy. If you can, massage therapy is excellent. I wish you a quick and easy recovery.
I also hope Riccardo and your DH are doing better.
Jen
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You must feel terrific closing that chapter of your life. I hope your interview goes well Monday. I wish you only the best.
I'm taking your advice about STS, thank you. I will do the 3 w/o's + cardio and then add/change later if need be.
Colleen
Thanks for your feedback on my rotation. You are right about having enough separation between the muscle groups and recovery. I will follow Cathe's and see if I need to make adjustments from there. She does however do D1 On day 1 and then D2 on day 3 only allowing 1 day in between UB workouts. We'll see how that goes...
LOL FB and Paul! You crack me up! I'm surprised he does not have much of a fan site. He seems to be more private and low key, unlike Jillian.
Sarah
I loved the rotation except for STS TB. Some exercise/move was really aggravating my lower back. I'm still not sure what. Perhaps all those dead lifts, which I should not do anyway. I eliminated dead lifts and my back would still hurt the day after. I did MM instead, and pushed hard, and I felt fine the next day.
I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Travel Fit would probably be good for her. I hope it goes on sale.
Cashew Butter, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Butter, ALL YUMMY!

Gotta fold my laundry! Have a great day ladies :)

Ellie-Give yourself a rest day with lots of ice packs. In your mind, you don't push yourself too hard but to the general public, we do. Friends look at me like I'm crazy what I tell them I do to workout.
Sarah-Glad to hear you are a foodie. It is ALL delicious. Hope your Mom feels better soon. Not much for the treadmill, but steady state cardio is appealing. I really don't have room for one either.
Colleen-Great point on recovery referring to STS and seperation. May 1st is not far away.
Natty-It does FEEL great about finishing up that part of it. Although, I will always be connected in some way. My interview Monday is with a Christian university not far from my house. They requested no resumes or anything like that. It will be conversation. They are progressive compared to others I have had. Positive that I will get an interview via my friend's connection. My resume I sent them rocks. For STS, it's only one week. I've made changes all during all three cycles like increased weight, two days recovery instead of one, no active recovery. Big decision for cycle 3 is go straight with plyo legs (one reason to cuss at Cathe) or normal leg workout or combo them both.
Amy and Nikki-Hello.

Today, it's been productive for me considering celebrating last night. My calories are so far wrong from yesterday. Seeing lots of red on my app. Did a job hunt, evaluation, feedback on a business venture and an article from one of my facilitators. Love my phone. I don't use it to call, I use it to set up interviews via email, fuel pricing for my car and mapping. Yes, MI will see snow over the weekend. Pretty sure I won;t be attending church on Sunday, I might get down my driveway but the City roads will be messed.
BBL and Peace OUT.

Hello ladies!
Bootcamp 4x4 was cut slightly short today at 53 minutes (it's just over an hour long workout). You'd think I could wake up 15 minutes earlier to avoid this problem I keep having but noooooo...not me! I'm the snooze button queen! This skipping the cool down/stretch thing is starting to become an entrenched habit, too. Even when I don't have to skip it due to time constraints I find myself walking away after just a few quick stretches! I've really developed some serious impatience lately! I keep telling myself I need to add in more yoga but then nooooo...it doesn't happen!

Natty- I was noticing that Cathe has the two upper body workouts back to back on Meso 1 too, but I always felt better if I let 2 days pass before doing more upper body. I think it's because I'm such a wimp on UB that I need more recovery time. For lower body I can do a leg workout one day and then AB right away the next day and be just fine! I love how strong and toned I've gotten my lower body, especially my glutes and hamstrings! Something to be proud of!:D
Oh man, what a stinker your husband is! LOL That app sounds hilarious! At least he didn't wander in the bedroom and sit on the bed watching you and blathering on about small talk that could TOTALLY wait until you were done working out. Yup, that's what my hubby likes to do! I've yelled at him enough times to get the heck out that he's finally starting to get a clue to leave me alone while I workout now! NOw, if he would just join me and workout too, I would let him in the room!;)

Jen- that bit about your app being all red from the calories yesterday made me laugh. I don't think I could take having an electronic gizmo tell me how bad I've been! I tend to be hard enough on myself when I go to town on the eating! It's always the eating out that gets me. If we stay at home I almost never over eat or indulge in sweets but as soon as we hit a restaurant all self control goes out the window! Luckily, we're pretty cheap so we don't go out too much! :p
I love that Plyo legs, reason to cuss at Cathe...lol. Did you guys see that in Natty's thread about matching Cathe how she goes 10-15 lbs lighter on the dvds then she normally would due to the repetition from filming? Whoa, that's humbling!

Ellie- take care of that ankle! Injuries are the devil!:( When I first injured my knees I kept trying to workout and it prolonged my recovery, unfortunately. Dumb me. It is soooo hard to slow down when you're on a roll! Did you try icing it? Did you twist it or does it feel like a muscle strain?
I hope your boys are feeling better!

Sarah- did your mom hurt her knee while doing zumba? I've actually heard about that being sort of common with zumba. Travel Fit would be great for her in that case. It's such a great workout when your joints are a little wonky.

You still here Amy?

Have a great day ladies!

Do any of you guys have Cathe's Low Impact Circuit workout? If you do what do you think of it? It's the one where she wears the green and white top that sort of resembles the one she wore in Drill Max. I wonder if they were made at about the same time? I was checking it out on collage and looked at Cathe's clip and it looks REALLY good! The choreography doesn't look too bad, either!

I have it and love it
The workout is in the same series as Drill Max. I use it a lot
Did low impact challenge today
Has anyone done the double premix?

Good news. The snow is no longer in the forecast. Might be 60f.

Good morning ladies :)

Rough night, Bella developed a pretty high fever :(. I think it might be the same stupid respiratory infection she gets repeatedly. I can hear the wheezing in her chest and she was snoring on/off all night. Break out those inhalers :(. I'm starting to think the first year of her life was pure bliss for the both of us. She never got sick and slept amazingly. I should have count my blessings, that was pure luck. Damn it, I should have went to Vegas  :D (that's on my bucket list BTW).
Yesterday was my rest day. Today is High Reps. I'm lucky Mark is coming home early so I can do my workout at a decent hour. I'm gonna be pooped come 7pm and would have probably passed on it otherwise.
My mind was all preoccupied with STS yesterday. I was reading through the manual and looking at the exercises. SO many deadlifts :(. I really can't do them :(. What would you guys recommend as a good substitution? Superman's? Hamstring roll-outs on the ball?
Colleen
Did you get LIC? It was the deal of the day yesterday ;). That whole no-name series looks pretty friggin' awesome.

BBL if possible. Have a good day ladies :)

**back to add that out of sleep deprivation exhaustion hallucination (real condition I assure you) I downloaded Body Max2! I'm doing the full 90min today when Mark comes home. You guys are terrible, horrible, enablers! Thank-you.**

Natty-Do you use a warm air humidifier for Bella? It might calm down the wheezing at night. It could be partial allergies. Rough time of year with this crazy weather.
It is GOOD that you are reading the manual. You CAN DO the deadlifts. lighten your weight. She talks about form for most of cycle 1 to avoid injury.
Colleen & Natty-the 06 Series has no official name but I had arrived to the forums a couple of months prior and decided to preorder on the VERY last day. NEVER again.
Low Impact Circuit is the low impact sister to Body Max 2. Body Max 2 premix scrambled eggs is the considered to be the toughest workout of Cathe's ever, even more than Hardcore Extreme or IMAX3.

Today. Network Alumni Get Together at a Bar/Restaurant downtown. There may be recruiters present. I DONT believe its a good idea to speak to a potential employer with an alchoholic beverage. Doesn't fly with me. My former mentor created this event.
Snow is back in the forecast as showers for Saturday.

BBL

Today I realized it's ttotm and I was so groggy and tired I couldn't bring myself to do the kettlebell workout I had planned. I wound up just doing a 10minute solution pilates dvd (4 of the sections-40 minutes total). Not much of a workout but at least I can say I did something! I'm pretty sure that's why BM2 bothered my knees this week...I just realized last month that I'm more likely to injure my knees the week before my period and I totally spaced that it was this week! Duh! I should have stuck with low impact stuff. I've GOT to remember that from now on!

I'm so sorry Bella is sick Natty. Dylan has had tons of problems with recurring upper respiratory colds, numerous bouts with pneumonia and now I'm pretty sure he has some nasty allergies. We've only used the puffer a few times, he hates it. We had to do a nebulizer once when he was really congested the last time with pneumonia and you'd think we were torturing the poor fella.:(
The weird thing is Lydia hardly ever gets sick. I'm not sure what's up with that.

As far as the deadlifts, like Jen said you could just try them with really light weight but if they are really a problem for you I think superman's would be a good substitute. They are supposed to work your lower back and hamstrings so doing the hamstring roll ins on the ball would be good for the hammies while the superman's would hit the low back. Of course, then you have to do twice as many exercises though. Have you had someone watch your form as you do deadlifts? That is so critical with those. Maybe have Mark watch you and also watch yourself in the mirror. They say it's wise for people who work out at home to have at least one day with a personal trainer to make sure your form is spot on but of course I've never done that....

I caved and bought Low Impact Circuit! I couldn't resist! I didn't get it on Cathe's site yesterday though...I was hemming and hawing and thinking about it. I wound up getting it on Total Fitness dvd.com and with the 10off coupon code and free shipping it was only $20.09. With Cathe's steep shipping prices the deal of the day would have probably come to about that anyway so I don't feel too bad about missing that. I can't wait to try it!

Jen- you mentioned that you would never do the Cathe preorder again...why is that? Was there something bad about that one you did? I did the newest preorder because of the free shipping and 30% off of other dvds so it wound up being a good deal for me. I have a very good feeling about these new workouts! If they are like AB and AT like she says but with some impact I'm in heaven!

Oh and Natty- Cathe is amazing with the form pointers in STS. She talks alot between sets and during breaks about form in all the Meso's and I always found that so incredibly informative and helpful. In fact, now that I'm doing Meso 2 again I realized there was some stuff I missed because during the 1 minute breaks the first time I'd often leave the room to get water or talk to the kids or something. Now I'm paying closer attention to what she says and it's very educational!

I just saw your edited comment Natty...have fun doing BM2 later!!!:D

I agree about about drinking and solcializing not being necessarily a good combo for potential employers. I think people may get hired for personality rather than for experience. I just cant "click" with everybody after one meeting, I am to shy. Even after a drink, thats why I dont drink that much because I'm sort of a control freak. They change their mind about the weather alot in your area too. Funny, Anything much further than 1 day out and I don't believe it.

I was done with TTOM, but once again I have started. : (

Today I had to get my workout in quick so I could get my hair done. It was 4 day split, cardio kickbox and legs workout. I have only done this 1 other time. I liked it. Thats one reason I like doing rotations they call for the DVD's that I would never choose.

I sorry Bella is sick too. I was just thinking to myself that I think we are past the sickness season. My girls have to take allergy pills though this time of year. The pollen is really bad right now. I wiped down the windows sills and the rag was yellow with pollen.

Go really low in weight on those deadlifts. It helps me also to visualize once I am down to clench the butt (weight in heels) and at the same time to bring the bar close to my legs before rising back up. All with a very straight strong back. Boy now that I am writting this down it is alot to do correctly at the same time.

I love that Zombie app too.

Hello Friends.
Colleen-Sorry, I wasn't good at typing clearly. I WOULD only do a pre-order but never wait till the last day for it again.

Tonight, there were no recruiters which is great cause the beer was flowing easy. It was a fun party. My "mentor" put it on, I realized we didn't get along b/c he didn't like my honesty and boldness. He avoided me the whole night, which was great. He's in his late 60s and acts so immature even for my age.
The good news for tonight is that I have an interview for contract-to-hire position either Friday or Monday plus my Monday interview. It will be definite OT but the normal rate is about what I made at my previous employment. Title office. Weight training can be done at odd times, its cardio I can't do late.
The other good news is that I met someone previously from the program. Kinda cute and not married but not sure about being involved. He lives in the same city in the metro Detroit area of where my Dad grew up.
Being graduated now, I have mixed feelings about being involved. There are some people that are nice and there are some whom feel they are better than the rest.

Hope to be back sometime on Friday.

Did my app on what I drank and ate last night, seeing lots of red but I knew I would.
Getting ready for a interview that MIGHT happen today.

Good morning ladies :)

Ok, so I got to experience the phenomena that is Body Max 2 . Of course, LOVED IT! My legs were still sore from LBB and so I bi-passed the LB weight work, but I did everything else. The step combo's were not as hard (choreo-wise) as I had expected. I guess I am getting significantly better...1 year later. I did the whole w/o on an 8inch, and was proud to have been able to keep up well. The one thing that did surprise me, was my cardio endurance. Even during the blasts, I never gasped for air, no breaks, no burning in my legs. I finished the cardio routine and was very proud. I know that's not an easy workout.
Bella seems to be getting better, but my night was still rough. I was up every 2 hrs to check for fever. Today will probably be another rest day. I might go for a nice walk, it seems decent out again.
Jen
It seems like you had a fun time at your party. I'm a sucker for a few drinks socially ;). I've been to a few work-related parties, but they are not allowed to pay for alcohol anymore. I agree though, alcohol and employers/employee's do not make for a good combo.
Sounds interesting with the cute unmarried man you met. You never know, something might develop...
I hope your interviews go well :).
And forget about that mentor guy...tell him to go get a job...he he :D.
Sarah
I really like 4DS kickbox. Short, sweet and to the point. I agree about the rotations and how it forces you to do workouts you might not necessarily do on your own.
Thanks for the advice on the deadlifts. When you told me to clench my butt while rising up, I immediately tried it, and my lower back felt better doing it. I will take everyone's suggestion and lower my weight, check my form and don't go as deep. Thank you.
Colleen
Do you think Robert from STS makes house calls? ;). Holy hotness! My likey lots ;).
I used to do pilates in my early 20's as my co-worker at the time kinda talked me into it. It works the abs and thighs very well. Yes, something it better than nothing during TTOTM.
I think you are going to really like Low Impact Circuit. I don't have it, but it's low impact and it's a circuit w/o, 2 of your favs!
Sorry to hear about Dylan. It's so sad to see your kids sick like that. I heard when children are sick a lot, it boosts their immunity so during adulthood they don't get sick as often. Mark says he was always sick as a child, and now he rarely even gets a damn cold

Hope everyone has a great day :)

Natty-Congrats on your BMX2 experience!! 8" step and no gasping. I know you're in terrific shape. That is awesome.

Today, interview at 230pm. Later than I wanted cause I wanted to book out of town later today but I still might or go early tomorrow.
Yes, my mentor put on Linked In that he was a marketing consultant (unpaid) and he didnt understand why everyone was congratulating him. Duh....
Hoping to workout later today like Low Impact Challenge again, LOVE IT, or Low Impact Circuit. Step moves can wait for active recovery day.

One good thing from our group. A thing started as an investment club for new business start-ups (not off the ground yet) now we may incorporate it and become our own employers. But, I may have another job by then.

Natty- I'm not worthy! That's awesome you were able to do the whole workout the first time through, follow it all and not have to take breaks! On an 8 inch step no less! You must have phenomenal cardio endurance. That's fantastic!:D

I can't wait until I'm familiar enough with Cathe's step choreography that I can catch on quicker. I have definitely noticed an improvement as I do it more though. I seem to catch on to a few new moves every time I do it. Sometimes I have to rewind and really study her legs as she moves across the step. It sort of reminds me of when I took organic chemistry and we were forced to visualize these molecules in 3 dimensions and it really stretched my brain to do it! Doing complicated choreography is just like that! I liked how one person on another thread...I think it was where people were asking for more complex step... she compared it to learning a new language and I think that's another great analogy. It really does force your brain to work in new ways!

Robert in STS is a cutie! ;) One thing I never understood with STS is why she has the guys do the warm ups on the bikes while the girls do the floor warm up. At first I thought the guys were being snooty about it like they didn't want to do the same thing as the girls but then I thought, maybe they are just really un-coordinated! LOL

I can't wait to get Low Impact Circuit! I'm chomping at the bit to try that one! Today was no workout since I'm just not feeling up to it energy wise and my knees are still kind of wonky from my workouts and ttotm. I put it in my date book for the next few months as a reminder to myself during pms week to keep all my workouts low impact. I still can't believe I spaced that out this month after just coming to that epiphany last month! Duh!

Jen- sounds like your party was fun! That was so funny how you said that about the guy in his 60's being immature. That seems to be so true these days! It doesn't seem to matter how old a person is, they can still act like they've never grown up! I know so many people like that it's ridiculous! I swear I'm more mature than a lot of people twice my age!

Sarah- I'm a total control freak and shy too! I think that's why when we do have parties or go out anymore I rarely have more than a couple drinks. In college it was different, although even then I never liked being out of control. Some people may think I'm a wee bit rigid and type A that way...but hey, at least I'm not prone to making a fool of myself! Not that that has never happened before...ahem:eek:.
Great description on the deadlifts for Natty. I'm so bad about describing form to people it usually comes out all wrong. Squeezing the glutes on the way back up is exactly what I do and haven't had a problem yet. It's funny, I actually used to have tons of lower back problems before I started working out and now that I've strengthened the muscles in my back I rarely have issues anymore! Yay!:D

Okay, have a great Friday ladies!

Hello Friends.
Friday night and tired so I may bypass a workout maybe walk later.
Bad news is that possible snow showers tomorrow.
My interview went well. She did ask me about high techness, so I sent her a thank you note from my android. Too hard to tell with some people though.
Yes, some elderly people or older act very immature. It's more out of observation on how he acts then he lied to me about something he said to me. My feedback to the program should be suffiecient and my commitment to him is done. Thank GOD.
Yes, Robert is hot. I think the guys are more gym type and maybe used to spinning, which I may try for my warmup for STS since I have the bike right there.

BBL this weekend.

Hello everybody!
Today has been the craziest day ever! This morning DH underwent surgery , finally. Everything went well and hopefully he will be back home Sunday or Monday. But..in the meanwhile, Riccardo developed a high fever, due to a throat infection. So spent all the day between the hospital and the doctor, and now it's almost 1 a.m. and I'm fighting against sleep because I will be giving him his medicine in a half an hour. Natty, aren't we in this together?;)
Today no working out, anyway I was pretty sore. On Wednesday, as my ankle was still bothering me, I did "Squeeze stronger" by Tracy Effinger, which I hadn't used for a while, and the following day was sore in my shoulders/tris and hammies in a crazy way! Thanks to the many many stretches though I found it pretty useful for the pain in my leg/lower back, it did wonders to me!I should strive myself to add more stretches at the end of each workout, they're so useful to me and my posture!
yesterday managed to do CSS and was so happy! It's one of my favourite workout ever!Tomorrow will probably be a forced rest day, but if I can, I would like to do TBT LB: I love those dixie cups DOMS!

Colleen: I have Low Impact Circuit and I LOVE IT!!!Super fun, super easy to learn (basic choreo) but so challenging at the same time!

Jen: so happy for your interviews! How about your cute man you met? You've got a very interesting social life! Mine has almost completely been buried by my son's birth...But Dh and I are hoping to resuming it as soon as possible :D

Sarah: great description about deadlifts. Visualization is so powerful for me too when it comes to good form while lifting. So sorry about your girls' allergy. I am allergic to pollen too so I need to take pills as well in this season, and can't enjoy as much as I would life in the open air. Does the allergy last just for 1-2 months or do they have it more than once a year? When I was a child I used to have it twice, in sping and late summer, and it was such a nuisance!

Natty: you're becoming super-human as Cathe...Maybe next time she will decide to choose someone for her cast you may audition for that! Congrats for you cardiovascular endurance, you rock girl!
Just one thing about deadlifts: if you have Travel fit, you know Cathe does them using the band. I noticed that if I do them with the band following exactly the good form Cathe has, I feel them in my back and in my hamstrings but I'm forced to work correctly my low back, so I really like this version. Have you tried that?
Hope Bella will be fine soon.

Got to go know..I wish you all a very happy weekend!

Thanks for the compliments Jen, Colleen & Ellie :). You guys made me blush . I honestly didn't think BM2 was that big of an accomplishment. Maybe cuz' I bi-passed the weighted leg work, making the blasts easier. For me CCC, Imax 1 & 3, 40/20 and Intensity are all harder. I guess everyone has their strengths/weaknesses. When I conquer TB's leg lifts, then I'll really pat myself on the back ;).

BTW, my mom's first cousin is dying of lung and bone Cancer. The priest has gone in to give the last blessing and she's been given 24-48hrs. I'm not really close with her, but I will need to attend the funeral and burial out of respect for the family. If I don't post this weekend, you know where I am. You'd think of all the lung Cancer deaths in my family, people would stop smoking. Nope. And then they're surprised when a member gets diagnosed. It's so sad.

I will respond to everyone tomorrow!

Have a good night
