Tonight we finished the last of the pre-sale orders. All UPS pre-sale orders have now shipped and the remaining postal orders will ship tomorrow.

Starting tomorrow we will start trying to catch up on customer service calls. Recent and new STS orders will also begin shipping tomorrow.

It's been a crazy a few days here and we have shipped a record number of DVDs in the last few days. We thank everybody for their support and their patience and we hope the quality of STS exceeds your expectations.

Thank you for all your hard work and effort, my package is being sent back to you all due to my mistype of an the street number of the address. I have contacted UPS to no avail. The recent Quantum View status is that it is being shipped back to you. I have sent you an updated address that would work along with my invoice number. I do apologize. My life is a little crazy these days.

For shipment in the Far East, how can we track it? Is there any site we can go to to see where the shipment is currently at?

I didn't get a ship notice

and I am sure I ordered - of course the way this past year has been for me I could be totally loopy on this. Did anyone else order and not get a ship?

I have already emailed SNM and am waiting for a reply but was just wondering about everyone else.
