Wen hair care

Well ladies I just tried the 6/13 cleansing conditioner (ordered it from QVC- placed on waitlist and got it yesterday) AMAZING!!! I am willing to pay full price for this gem whenever the bottle runs out. My thick, coarse, wavy hair feels even better than when I use the pomegranate conditioner. This stuff is a miracle in a bottle!!

Drats, I had this on order from them and it kept saying not in and then they took it off the QVC order pages so I just cancelled it. I didn't know they would eventually send it.....boo/hiss! I hope they get it again soon. I am LOVING Wen (have all but Fig) but this one is supposed to be the best.

I'm late to this party but after thinking about it since this thread first started I finally decided to order the pumpkin from QVC! I can't wait to try it, my hair really needs HELP! :D

My husband, who has been using Wen for about 4 weeks, is growing back hair on top of his head! I had to take a few pics to be sure. I'm gonna keep watching his head closely and monitor it with pics. Even if he fills in a little in his little bald spot, that is amazing!! (he uses the Tea Tree one)

That's amazing, Denise! My DH fortunately doesn't have that problem yet, but my ex DH definitely does and since we are on friendly terms I will pass this along to him.

Amazon sells Wen, you avoid tax & sometimes shipping. I also saw it on ebaby but the amazon price was better. I am addicted to this stuff & I blame all of you. I am a sucker for hair products

I ordered the "sample" system from the WEN website. wenhaircare.com I was really on the fence trying to decide whether or not to give this product a go. The kit included a 12oz pump of almond mint cleansing conditioner, the styling creme, moist intensive hair treatment, styling balm and a comb. It was $29.99 with free shipping.

I have to say after a week I am really loving this stuff! I have shoulder length fine hair, sort of wavy but with major frizzies. I need about 8 full pumps and my hair looks and feels so smooth.

The styling balm is great too. I haven't tried the hair treatment yet.

I think this is a great way to try WEN without investing a ton of money, plus you get to try a number of the products. The only thing is this is a automatic shipping program. I realized that they were going to send me a 90 day supply 2 weeks after I received my initial order. I called and was able to postpone the next delivery until the end of November. You can cancel anytime, though.

The thread on this forum was very informational thanks for helping me decide to try WEN.

Ooh, I might try that offer just so I get all the "extra" products to try out! $29.95 plus free shipping and I'll cancel right away...I just might do that!! ;)

Hi Fidget Queen,

My favorite shampoo bars are Hair Nut, Hair Food and Scalp Soother. ( My hair is long, very thick, slightly wavy and normal to dry.) I have also tried the Lavender Conditioner bar and although it smelled lovely, I couldn't tell that it made any difference in my hair. (Since I started using the basin shampoo bars, I really don't need conditioner anymore!)

I'm afraid I haven't helped you much. When I buy mine at the Basin store (I stock up while we are on vacation as there is a store at DismeyWorld!) I just read the descriptions of the bars and that is how I choose which formulas to try.

Good Luck!

Love, love, love the basin bars!

Thank you so much. My hair is like yours - except that it used to be thick and now it's, uh, not :(. So I will try the ones you mentioned. Going to place an order now!

I use WEN faithfully and have been for about a year now too. I LOVE this product and it has completely transformed my hair from frizzy flyaway to satin smooth. I order the big gallon size containers from QVC every June when Wen has their one gallon anniversary sale on QVC. I use all scents and mix them up. I have 5 smaller 16 ounce Wen sized bottles in my shower (I convert them from the gallon size) and I do a different pump sequence every day. Its like shock training my hair. I usually use 26 pumps per wash. One of my favorite combos is 16 pumps of sweet almond, 8 pumps of tea tree oil and two pumps of fig :)

I've been thinking about trying WEN for a while. Now I am definitely going to try it!!!!!

Did you all see the new Winter Vanilla Mint one? It's on Amazon. I'm thinking it's a new one. I wish they wouldn't put mint in everything. I think the Ginger Pumpkin one smells more like Vicks Vapor rub than pumpkin anything.

But anyways, the new one is at Amazon!

Oh, I just used my pumpkin this morning and was thinking they must be coming out with the winter scent soon (and was wondering what it would be). It should be on Q soon, I imagine.
I've been using for about a month now - pumpkin and I just also got the pomegranate - may have to try fig soon, as well. I'm really liking this stuff. On some recent rainy "bad hair" days, my hair actually looked good - people commented on it. I've been getting tons of "have you done something different with your hair" compliments, as well. I sleep on it, get up and run my fingers through and I'm good to go on the day after I wash my hair. Got my dad on this stuff and he's been seeing good results, as well.
On days I wash my hair (every other day, sometimes every third) I really look forward to it - "I get to WEN my hair today!" Just had my color done, so I'm very curious to see how this effects the color lasting - it's supposed to be great for that. So if it really works in that space, then I'm sold for life!!

Why doesn't Wenhair.com have the other fragrances? It only has the Almond Mint one. I looked everywhere on that website and see no other choices.

I had to go on Chaz Dean's website to find the others. I was on it yesterday, but they didn't have the Winter Vanilla Mint on there. They had the others, though.

You are better off buying from Amazon, in most cases you do not pay shipping & you never pay sales tax. I just ordered the vanilla from Amazon, it usually takes 5 days to get my order from Amazon. I wish they would not put mint in the aroma, I don't like mint but I do love Wen. When I get my hair colored I put the conditioner cream in my hair before getting the color.
