Hey Chickie Poo's!

How are ya? Everything here is pretty good. Although, I got kicked out of my bed in the wee hours of the morningx( DD came in our room around 12ish and...Im not sure what she said, but I let her in the bed with us. The next thing I know, I wake up, sweating between DH and DD and I knew it was time to move so I went out into DD's bed. I woke up a few times after that b/c her window was open and I could hear a few things outside.

Anyway, I don't know whats going on with the stupid scale but it only went down .3 lbs. Ugh! If I knew I was bad then I could deal with that. But I worked so hard the last couple of weeks to get down to 127 and now Im back up. I guess its either water weight or I never really had it gone to begin with. But I tell ya one thing, my belly doesn't feel right. I feel bloated. I wonder...what did I eat to make me feel this way? Sometimes its hard to know cause I really don't think I ate anything different. I have to try to be good b/c I have that dress comming and it would be nice to atleast fit into it. If it doesn't fit me properly when it comes, I may keep it b/c I have another wedding in Aug I could wear it to.

My chest and tri's are sooooooooo sore today. But thats a good thing, right? Today is going to be a run (are you surprised?) and B&G premix. I don't have much on the go today besides for working out and picking up groceries.

Anyway, hope everyone as a good day!!!

G'Morning Lori,Cheryl, Amelia, Kim, Belinda, Nancy...I hope that I did not forget anyone.

Today I did DM premix #5 (cardio, upperbody)and those dive-bombmers such be call death-bombers ;-) I think I only did one of the the correct way...the rest of the time I must have look like a clown:+ . Besides that DM is a great workout.

Lori- don't throw the stupid scale out the window just yet.If your stomach does not feel right then something is wrong. I usually put one tbl of Benefiber in my morning coffee. This helps me alot with my abd problems. Enjoy ypour run.

Cheryl- I plan on buying 20# and 25# dumbbells for my birthday..do they sell 18# dumbbells???

Amelia- How is the DOMS today?

Kim- were you able to workout this morning?

Belinda- I'm still praying for your mom and your family
 
I don't usually check-in but I wanted to share a great recipe for a fat free cake that I got at my last Weight Watchers meeting:

Mix one box of angel food cake mix and a 15 1/2 can of unsweetened crushed pineapple together. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam. Pour cake mixture into pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve. 1/12th of a cake has 3 points.

Good Morning Ladies

I woke up at 8:30 this morning and feel like crap! No,Im not sick just mad that my workout isn't overx( My DH didn't wake me up for some reason-he says that I SLEEP THROUGH the alarm clock-Yea Right,I wake up at the least little bit of noise! My kids could move and my eyes fly open,lol! anyways*rolls eyes*Im done whinning:p

Robin-I love that bird! So pretty! I've kinda got DOMS today,but not what I thought! My body is weird,I may wake up tommorrow with them or get them before i go to bed tonight:eek:! I have't worked up the nerve for drill max yet:+ looks like a killer}( .

Lori,Lori,Lori-Don't let the scale drive you mad! Go bury it in the back yard like I did,LOL! seriously,Im sure its just water weight! All your hard work will pay off! Your gonna dazzle everybody in the dress from VS! Don't worry! I've given up on my scale,I've come to the conclusion that its went mad}(! Now the measuring tape is my friend;-) :7 !

Nancy-I forgot to mention how your mom is doing?Is she feeling better!

Hi, everyone! What a great morning!

Running partner re-scheduled and we ran 75 minutes today. I'm finishing up with ARX - had my DH make a copy of it before I sold the P90X as a set on eBay :+

Lori, don't let the scale drive you nuts, my friend! It sounds like you are definitely bloated if your belly isn't feeling right. I think you're developing more muscle as well from the sounds of your workouts. I'm sure your new dress will look great. Hang in there, girlfriend!!

Robin, I've never seen or heard of 18 pound dumbells... maybe you can do that with the BowFlex custom dumbbells somehow, but I'm not sure.

Hey Girlies:)

I have been back from my run now for ages but just haven't got around to checking in . And when I got home, I had a few phone calls to make and didn't get B&G done. Oh well..the day isn't over yet:)
I think I ran for about an hour and it was an o.k run but there are days where I feel like Im not moving...and that was today! LOL Weird how that works!

Amelia, do you feel better yet? I went to bed plenty early but woke every hour so it was a useless nights sleep!

Cheryl, good job on the run! And thanks for the encouragment on the scale issue. Prehaps I should stop weighing~!

Robin, HA! I find the bomb divers easy...cause I NEVER do them right! LOL Im sure they would be tough if I did them correct! hehehe

Anyway...thats it for moi. Its only 1 and DS is already having his nap. A little early but maybe that means he will go to bed on time tonight!

I barely got through my W/O,I decided on bm2-wu&combos 1+2,I also did PH LB(well I cheated on the lunges}( )then I finished with the abbs!

Cheryl-great job your workout,I get tired just thinking about it,lol! P.S I did the same thing with KPC before I sold it on ebay....made a copy of vhs}(!

Lori-I think Im suffering from pms or something(even though im not on my period):+! Great job on your run! Did you get B&G's in yet?

How are My Ladies doing today???!!!

Can I tell you all what a refuge from my crazy day it is to get on an post and see what is going on with y'all!! :) I really mean that and was not just buttering y'all up so you would not fuss at me. Not only did I not make up L&G from Monday, I did not do kickboxing yesterday and .... I did not get up and workout today. :(
I was up late over a friend's house last night and did not get home until after 11pm. I did not get to sleep until after midnight and did not wake until 6:37am. I must get better at time managment. I don't have this problem in the winter when I am hibernating in the house. Only in the summer!! x( So I have made the commitment to report to you all of my good AND bad behaviors. I have been eating good. ;-) I am proud of that. My sneek peeks at the scale is pretty much holding steady not loss or gain for the past couple of day since after TTOM. I am wondering if I hit a plateau of some kind. I know that back around July 4th or after the 4th my eating was not so good, but I have gotten back on track. Anyway enough of my babbling.

Robin- I read your post from last night about TTOM. Don't feel bad, it takes me a minute to figure out all of the acronyms for the online expression!! Good workout!!

Lori- Good job on the run today... or what that 45 min run yesterday? I was catching up on posts and can not remember. But good job on whatever you did! I know it was killer! }( I still have to go back and look at the dress when I get home b/c of that darn security blocker here at work. Don't worry about the scale. You work out very hard and I am sure that you are either building muscle or are bloated. I drink this stuff called Slim Tea about once a week. It is really good for bloating or cleansing your **ahem** bowels. Below is a link to see how it looks. I do not get it from this website. I buy it from the store. I do not use it for Fat burning but it REALLY cleans ya out... if you know what I mean. And the thing I love about it is it does not have you running to the bathroom. I can drink it about 9 pm before I go to bed and by 5am when I wake up, I will eliminate once, sometimes twice and I am done!!

Also, I found my Cathe dvd lady if anyone is interested, I will ask can I share her info. She has offered me Cardio Hits and Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max for $77 including shipping. That saves me about $9 plus shipping costs. I am trying to decide. These are brand new in the package and originals- she is an authorized wholesaler.

Kim - I will just mention that I got Cardio hits for about $5 on eBay (plus shipping) and it works great and is one of my favorites.

I sold my CK/Circuit Max DVD for about $38 shipping included. These weren't new guaranteed originals in shrinkwrap... but my philosophy has been to go cheaper to build up my collection of Cathe classics, but go pre-order on everything she's developing new. This girl hates to pay retail for ANYTHING.

oh, I will mention my Nike Funky Vibe cargo pants from Paiva ($39 minus 15% discount coupon) came yesterday and I love them!!! Wearing them right now. I may have to break down and order the brown ones that are only available $60 directly from Nike... Love them! Love them! Belinda, did you order them too?

They only thing they don't look cute with is high heels - too much Little Lord Fonteroy -- definitely need flats. I'm wearing them with my strappy Mary Jane black Sketchers.

Anyway, back to work.

Lori, yes, I'm thinking maybe you should lose the scale for awhile. You are doing so well.

Wow!!! Five bucks uhhmmm.... I may have to go and check out e-bay again. I had not been seing either on there. I guess I should be patient. Plus, I get concerned about getting burned. I once ordered a scarf and it said it was silk. When I received it the tag clearly listed it as polyester!!!!! Okay... all is not lost. I have several workout dvds from netflix so I am going to try these out now. I came staight home from work and have some energy. I will report what I tried. None are like Cathe of course. Hey Amelia, since I have missed three workouts in the rotation I plan on doing this rotation again next month if you wanna join in (unless of course August rotation looks to good to resist). Remember it is the August 2004 rotation Fat Blaster and lower body. Let me know.
 
(((HELLLLLOOOOOO))) Where is everyone tonight? Okay, so I received The Firm Upper Body & Standing Legs and Shape Magazine's Shape Your Butt Thighs and Hips. Yawn!!!! x( I am not one of those former Firmies who workout with the Firm and came to Cathe. I have heard great things about the firm and I was recommended these both for lower body- my focus for this month and August. I prefer the intensity of Cathe. these just did not get my hyped. JMO- don't mean to offend. I have found that while I enjoy other cardio- I prefer Cathe for weights and toning. I know... why do I keep trying others?? Well at least I did not waste more money and actually purchase these. I just got them with Netflix! ;-) Have a good night ladies!

I'm with you - Cathe weights and intensity are the best.
