Good Morning Ladies:)

Looks like I missed some chatting yesterday:-( :) I went to baby group in the afternoon. From there I picked up 2 kids, then DH, then another kid, dropped DH back to work, went through Mcdonalds drive thru, came to my house to get baby food, went back to my friends house with 4 kids...set them up with their McDonalds, tried to feed the baby,DH picked me up, made dinner,fed baby,fed me,bathed baby,fed baby,and then I went to the hospital to visit my friend:) And we didn't get home until 11. It was just us 3 girls sitting around talking and making one of them laugh so hard that she had to hang unto her belly everytime (the one who just had the baby)So now you understand why I didn't check in yesterday:)

Im not sure what todays workout will be. I missed BBW yesterday so today maybe an outdoor run and BBW. I think DS may be cutting his teeth today b/c he is hot,stuffy nose and a little moody.May be a rougher day then usual.

Amelia, Im not a big kickboxing fan anyway but I use to do KPC every once in a while. I love the ab work in that workout though. I loaned out that workout to a friend in the baby group I haven't been going to, I may have to go tomorrow to get it back!}( I think kickboxing is great for the waistline though.

Cheryl, ready..set...go!:) :) Its to bad we couldn't make a bet hey? LOL Ive been really good this week and I can keep going now. Now, good for me, isn't as good for you though. I still had a gum drop bun yesterday after supper! I hadn't had anything sweet all day and just had to have one}(

Nancy, Im kinda wondering if the workouts have already been completed to b/c they are saying the release day maybe in 90 days...thats only 3 m and it usually takes longer then that to make and release workouts...who knows! Still waiting for cksales to get back to me on preordering.

Belinda...um...my windows are still dirty! What happened to you???? LOL Take your rest day you deserve it!

Kim, I think you should try WW on your own as well and if you think you need the support you can rejoin. Some people need to encouragement and "others in their shoes" kind of thing...but if you think you can do it on your own, I say go for it and spend your money else were. Its worth a try!

O.k...I have a baby falling to sleep in his chair..poor thing. Gotta go!!!

Lori- you are up and at it as usual! You had a very busy day yesterday! I did KPC this morning! I LOVE kickboxing!!:+

Amelia- I am going to do the March 07 intermediate rotation also. I did kPC this morning b/c I am more familiar with it than LIC. I will do LIC tonight and catch up w/week 1 Wed and Thurs tomorrow. Then I will be all caught up and can continue from there. I may switch to the July rotation- I will see. The intermediate seems like it is more fat burning- more cardio.

I got some sleep last night,I guess DS decided to give mommie a break! Todays Workout will be lowerbody MIS(or L&G,dont know yet)! I think Im going to purchase a new scale friday,the WW one! Mine isn't reading accurate,My DH got mad last night after stepping on it(he was up 6pds}() so then he put barbell plates on it,A total of 50pds,it read 53 the first time then 47 the second time!

Lori~hold on.....Im out of breath.....from reading what you did yesterday! Ok,got my breath whew,I think I would have had to have a drink after your day! Glad to hear you had a good laugh at the hospital! I love those kinds of laughs!

Kim~Good Morning!Hey,We can do the rotation together!(singing a song from cinderella you know the "we can do it song",Love that movie)I love LIC(think body fusion is tougher,lol)lic does have some tricky moves that i still get confused on! I posted a question on substitutes on Open Discussion if you don't have all the workouts in the rotation! I already wrote down in my food/workout journal the workouts on the days I do them....im so excited! I'm going to check out the july rotation when it gets posted,but will more than likely finish this one first! Have a good day at work! :)!

Still no workout done. I forgot to mention that DD had a friend sleep over last night and they crashed in my rec room so I can't workout until they are awake. And its 10:30 now, DS is already taking a nap sooooooooo I may have to wait until after lunch ( oh, and it started to rain so I couldn't go outside)

Amelia, hope your having a good workout! I love L&G, I really felt that one when I did it the other day.

Belinda, its useless to clean my windows cause there are houses going up all around us and our st hasn't been paved yet so there is dirt and dust EVERYWHERE! Atleast thats my excuse:)

Lori~Luckly there is nobody living around me(except for MIL),I live in the boonies,so I don't have to worry to much about my windows...thats my excuse:7 lol!

After lunch Im going over to my DM house to clean her kitchen and downstairs living Room! She has a hard time keeping up with her house,so I try and help her as much as possible!

Hi, everyone!

Lori, Woo hoo on Viper and PH abs. Nice choice. Yes, the contest is on. I'm glad I have you to inspire me.... last 1/4 of a decadent chocolate cake is sitting here next to me at the office and I am officially abstaining!

Yesterday I ate 1800-2000 calories, but all clean and I did work out nearly 2 hours. I am okay with my measurements - 26" waist and 35" hips - but am happier at 25 waist 34 1/2 hip and ecstatic at 24-24 1/2 and 34 hips... and at that point, the soft would be off the top of my hard earned muscles, thank heavens!!!

Today's workout was awesome - Step Works again (I'm really liking this oldie) minus the cooldown for 51 minutes plus all of GS Legs, for a total of 1:50. Very good day, and I know I'll be feelig GS Legs tomorrow.

Kim, great job on the kickboxing!

Amelia, looks like you're thinking about lower body today too. Let us know what you decided.

HELLO L-A-D-I-E-S!!!I am back....sorry i have been mia but i got sick(diverticulosis)i am feeling better and hopefully i will be able to get it under control:) i missed everyone sooo much. i hope you guys are well i have a ton of catch up to do:) :) :) i obviously have not been working out but i do have the ok to get back in the game. on the other hand i signed up for the zone diet, which delivers the food to my house for a month. so far the food is GREAT and i am never hungry. i will let you guys know how the weight loss goes. i have to run up and wake up my little guy so i will catch up and be back:) :)

MARY,Your back:) :) :) Im so glad! Im sorry to hear of the diverticulosis(I just finished med term,and can't remember what that means)I was worried! So you started the zone diet! Is that the diet that cuts out carbs? Yes,let us know how its working for ya! Hugs:)!

Well,I got done with my workout this morning and boy was it killer,I did MIS lowerbody! I got body max2 today in the mail,can't wait to preview it and do it,gotta see where I can put it in my rotation!

B- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch 3 pt; 1/2 cup skim milk 1 pt
S- Watermelon and pineapple slices 1 pt
L- Thai chicken salad; 6 pt; diet Pepsi 0 pt; sm bag chips (I know I am bad!!! }( 4 pts
S- 1 slice amer. cheese 1pt and baby carrots and celery sticks 0 pt
D- lean grd beef pattie 5 pts(?); 1/2 cup mashed potatoes 2 pts; broccoli (GG- Just for One) 1 pt
Dessert- Yogurt 2 pt

I am now trying to let my food digest so I can drag my hind parts in the basement to do LIC. That is my problem with doing cardio in the evening- leaving eough time after dinner. I prefer to be finished by 8pm but looks like it will be 9pm tonight!

Well, my LAST day for the summer.......yayy!!!!!!! It feels like a little bit of heaven. I love this job for this very reason!!!

I ordered the Strength Series when I preordered the new workouts and they were waiting for me when I got home tonight so I went with it. I did Back, Biceps and Abs. The workout is definitely dated but I really like it a lot. The exercises are a little different and I'm hoping to feel it tomorrow. I can't believe that I ordered them on Monday and they were here on Wednesday. Oh, and I was wrong, unfortunately. I really thought they were going to announce that they were filmed already. And the wait begins............

I'm thinking that I may list my food with you girls....starting tomorrow. I don't dare tell you what our last day celebration food was like. That's another reason I'm glad to be home. I have no control outside but do a great job of food shopping/cooking at home.

Okay, here's hoping someone reads this!!!

Strength series... I'm trying to think of which one that is. It's not Gym Styles, eh? I sure like those.

Kim, good eating! Have you tried the baked Lay's chips? Wendy's has them as an option. Just 100 calories and not bad at all.

Amelia, good luck dragging those "hind quarters". LIC is worth it. Good choice!

Mary, welcome back!!!!! Diverticulitis??? I have no idea what that is but it sounds terrible. I hope you feel better. Good luck with the Zone. It sounds like a great idea.

Nancy- I also read your post tonight! Yayyyy!! on the last day of school. Please do join us in posting your meals.

I am up and have managed not to eat again since around 7:30 pm. I did not get LIC done b/c I had company.x( x( :) Guest are good, not getting LIC done is bad. I will figure out how I will catch up on the intermediate rotation. Okay off to the shower so I can crash, get up at 5 amx( x( x( x( and do it all over again. Oh, did I also mention that I started back walking at work. I walked up the parking structure 7 floor- got up to 90+ degrees today so we could not stand to walk back down and around each floor.

Cheryl- yes I like the flavored baked Lays!!!:9 :9 I also like the baked Cheetos. Chips are my weakness.:9 :9 :9 I have an addiction to 'tos (cheetos, fritos, doritos, tositos...)LOL!!!!!:+

S: 1 Banana
1 teasp. BB. so far so good!!!

L: 1 chicken breast
mixed greens, tomatoes, little avocado
vin & oel

S: 1 plum, gummi bears, chocolate ( everything that was in sight!)

D: chicken salad

I don't feel so good after eating all that!
