Good Morning Gang:) :)

I thought for sure someone would be here before me!!! Guess not!;)

Its a sunny day here today but a little chilly. I thought about getting ready to go for a run but I don't know what I am in the mood to do. I think my rotation calls for the rest of the PS series and a BBW workout but Im not certain.

I will read through the post from yesterday and Ill be back!!!

Goood Morning Lori and the rest of the Gang:)!

It was another sleepless night around here,ds must of had a bad dream or something last night because he's was up since 3:30x( ,which means I've been up since 3:30x( !

Lori~I was going to post but got caught up in the open discusson then had to cook breakfast and make DH lunch for the day! After reading through the post last night you will find my addiction to ebay }( which im taking care of,LOL!

Well,I've got KPC on the books for today,its my second day in this rotation and Im loving it! I don't have to think,just do,LOL!I might have to get in a nap sometime today:+, I'll be back later! Now to go check out those links!bbl!


ETA-Kim,I just checked out the links to the pyramids,thank you so much for helping me find them ! It gives a perfect description of the workouts! I booked marked yesterdays thread!
 
Amelia, I don't know why your DH as a prob with your ebay addiction! LOL Doesn't he realize the money you are saving! hahaha I was addicted to ebay for a while and ordering DS clothes. I cut back alot now that my cc is ran up:eek: ;) Have you been sticking to your points this week? And you are only weighing once a month? I don't think I could go that long! I have been sticking to my points and I am a little hungry but nothing I can't handle. I was hungry last night when I went to bed and was tempted to get up and get something to eat. Hopefully you will get a nap in today!

Belinda, glad to hear you finally got your workout done yesterday!}( You can spend alot of time playing with the computer and before you realize it, hours have gone by. I want to preorder the workouts but I order from Cksales, which is a canadian site and they don't charge your cc until the workouts are shipped, so you really don't lose by preordering. I emailed them to see if they were offering the preorder but haven't heard back yet...Im assuming I will hear today b/c they are pretty on the ball with their replies.

Cheryl,I am doing good now! I think I got my willpower back...I wonder can I get to 120???? Haven't been there is a while. I have an idea...lets have a race to see who can get there first..LOL Just kidding!!! All I need is a couple of good days and I can stick to something again. And now that I am being good, once again, I am realizing how much I was actually eating before. Well, on Sat, I weighed in at 133.2:eek: :eek: I wonder what this Sat will hold????

Lori,Yes I was a little hungry last night before going to bed,but im sticking to my points! And Nope,I couldn't resist the scale,I went and got it last night and weighed this morning! Needless to say,I haven't lost any so far(weighed the same old 195.0),but i do have hopes with the new rotation! I will weigh agian on friday morning! And once I master all my new workouts,im sure i'll be back on ebay}( !But no time soon!

Lori and Cheryl- You ladies will be at your goal in no time. I do have a question... if it is proving troublesome to get that last 5-10 pounds off, can you maintain it or are you just trying to get there for an occasion?

Belinda- Glad to hear that you finally got those pics up. I took a looks at some. The family pic is nice!

Nancy- Last day of school!!! YEAH!!!!

Today is my weigh in. I think I lost! We shall see how much tonight. Question: Today I will have to get another pass 4 or 12 weeks or pay monthly. I was considering doing WW on my own. What do you think? I have played the argument in my head for an against it and I still can not come up w/an answer. Pro- I love my leader and it keeps me on track. Con- the money and if I am going to be on track it is not necessarily going to the meetings that do it it is my will to change. I don't know- What do you ladies think?? BBL!!
 
Amelia, I knew you couldn't resist! LOL To bad it didn't go down though...but atleast it didn't go up! :)

Kim, Ive thought the same but I haven't been counting my points lately and I have been eating way to much and have managed to maintain up to this point. I make these little cookies that are in the freezer and for the past couple of monthes I have been eating them by the handfuls!Truth be known...I have probably been eating 20 points in sweets a day!!!! So I think eating until I am comfy, not to much sugar and lots of H20 I should be able to maintain. THE COOKIES ARE GONE NOW:-( Actually, I am a little sick of them! lol

My workout is complete. I did a 4 mile run and PS C,S,&T. I went heavy with the weights and I think I am going to be sore later.
I probably won't be checking in until tonight. I have baby group and helping out a friend by picking up her kids from daycare.Then I think I am going to keep them for a while so she can have a little break:)

Hi, everyone!
I had a great workout today - 45 min run, but forgot I didn't eat any grains yesterday and forgot to take any Clif Bloks so I bonked... but then finished with PUB and REALLY cranked it on the weights.

Lori, we were thinking very much alike on workouts today. Yes, let's "race" to the 120 finish line together. I like that plan. We'll both do it. And we'll stay there!!

Kim, no special ocassion and will definitely maintain -- once there, the motivation of looking good in the cute clothes will keep me there and maintainance is so much easier than losing!!!! On WW - my vote is to go it alone and use our check in and SparkPeople for my accountability. But to each their own.

Amelia, good luck on the WI on Friday. I'm sure you are making progress even though it doesn't show on the scale based on what your measurements and clothes fit show. Hang in there.

Belinda, great choice of workout! Good luck!

Hey Girly Girls:)!

I got done with my workout,KPC! Not crazy about it thought,I know smack me in the head:p,I also didn't have to much energy either(only did about 30mins of it :-()!

Kim~I do WW on my own because the money became a bit too much for me! also,I wasn't Crazy about the team leader gal! It took me a while to finally make up my mind(had many butterfly moments with that one,LOL)but the scale being within my reach is a real pain in the A$$ ;-)! Im sure whatever you decide to do,you will continue to be sucsessfull(sp,doesn't look right) in your weight loss!

Hey to everybody!

Question: When you guys do LIC,is your lower back soar the next day? I think those two blast(where your bent over)really got to me today,another reason I didnt do all of KPC!

Just finished High Step Challenge I am so proud of myself..:D This one is a lot of fun, put a tough one!

I think tomorrow is going to be a very needed rest day for me! I haven't taken a rest day since Germany}(

Amelia KPC is one of my favorite!! Maybe next time you like it:D

I like KPC too, Belinda! Wow....your first day of rest since Germany - I think you need it!!!!! Enjoy! I may make TODAY a rest day. We'll see.......


Cheryl, I'd like to race to the finish line with you and Lori also. But I'm about 120 lbs. right now (BUT I'M ONLY 5 FEET TALL) so I really need to be about 112. I doubt I'll ever see that number again but 115 would be nice!! Another good reason why I can't wait for school to be over....this end of the year celebrating....there's always so much food around x( and I can't resist!!!!

Kim, I think if the WW money is not a burden then you should stick with it especially because you like the leader. It makes ME more accountable when I was paying. Now that I don't pay, it's different somehow. It would kill me to pay and stay the same. I was paying to LOSE so then I would. Does this make sense? It worked better for me. Matter of fact I have to go weigh in by the end of the month. Argghhhhh!!!!!! I'm feeling bloated.

And I hope Mary is ok too!!!! Where are ya, Mary?? We're thinking of you!!!

Amelia - I was a little hungry right before bed too but....I had FROZEN YOGURT instead of just keeping right on going. When I'm bad, I'm really bad!!!!!!

I just read a thread in the Ask Cathe forum that asked for an upper body premix or something and SNM's response was "it's already on the disc". I truly have a feeling that this workout is either already completed or almost completed. A girl can hope, right? Cathe has been really quiet for a while now and she has so much coming up with the roadtrip, future workouts, etc. that I think they have to be near done. We'll see.... Go check out the thread - I don't know how to post it because I'm an idiot.

Okay- you all have gotten great workouts in today. I really have to start getting to bed earlier so I can get my hind parts up at 5am to workout! Don't know what I will do today- definitely cardio and glutes- what to do. I really need to sit down and make out a rotation! x(

Lori- you reminded me that I do need to increase my water intake- it always help to lose weight. I know that Lori and Cheryl will be at 120 in no time! You two are energizer bunnies and so dedicated and committed to getting in atleast two workouts in per day! I admire that. I am still working to get two in per day.

Okay here is what I think I will do about WW. I think I will try it on my own for a while. I will see how I do in September and if I am still not losing steadily, I will go back to the weekly meetings. I just feel like I need to do it on my own and the $150 12 week pass is just a bit much. I can afford it but I would rather buy new workout dvds or new SMALLER SIZE clothers with that money! :D The other strategy I had was to start back to my kickboxing gym for these next couple of summer months and use the money like that. I am sure that going to the kickboxing gym and following the WW system at home is good for at least 20 pounds by the Septmeber! I still have about 120 (my doctor only want about 80lbs) to lose. I am losing at a rate of 2 pds/week- that is 104lb a year (not even factoring in my weight loss slowing as I get smaller) that would still require me to pay $450 over the next year to get to goal. I just think I could spend it better somewhere else. But if you can not tell from my rambling... I am SCARED to go it on my own!:eek: I just have to keep repeating, I can do this, I can do this, I can do this!!

Since Nov.06 I am down 10% bf. That is not to bad!!! I stick with Cathe's rotations!!! I couldn't lose the weight before, doing a rotation on my own!

Don't be scared you can do it:D :D :D :D

Ahhhh!! Thank you Belinda and Cheryl! You both are so sweet! I think that what I need is accountability and I will definitely take you up on your offer. I will start tomorrow and post B,L,D & snacks and workouts. I must get to bed by 10- 10:30 to get up at 5 and get my workouts in. So yes! I will take you up on your offer and I will be reporting meals and workouts. I also have committed to getting my daily walks in at work. I slacked on those. I was doing 5x week and lately I have only been getting in or two.

Thanks a bunch! You all don't know how much this means to me. I literally have tears in my eyes now!

With regards to Cathe rotations- I like variety and while I think no one can touch Cathe when it comes to weight training (I am very snobby w/regards to that and think no one comes close to her knowledge, teaching and challenging wieght workouts!), I like to mix it up for the cardio and AWT when I do not want to do heavy weights. But I will look at some of the rotations to see if I can just substitute some. Also, Cahte has a lot of step and I am not very coordinated- I need not too complex routines. I read a post either here or on VF suggesting using a rug in place of step platform for people w/knee problems. I do not have knee problems but I was considering doing it to learn some of Cathe's more advanced step dvds- ie IMAX, IMAX 2 and 3 and Terminator. I am just so clumsy!:+
 
Kim I still have to lose 14 pounds for the RT:+ Don't I feel like a clown:+ The challenge is on}( }( }( I lost 4 pounds since 14 June:D
I also workout twice a day for the last 2 weeks!!!}(

By the way! I do all my advanced Cathe's step DVD's ( with the step!!) on the carpet! I think it is better for my knees~

Kim~You can do it on your own,I was scared when I first left the meetings too, but continued to loose a total of about 27pds so far(on WW),I think my last 40pds will be hardest(need to loose about 55more to reach my Body Mass index,but will deal with that when I get there;-)! When I lost that 27pds i forgot I was doing the begginer rotation! Belinda is right,rotations are the "bomb digity"lol! Im doing the intermediate rotation and loveing it so far,just started monday! I think You will be just fine:D !

Belinda~I was releived when Kathryn answered,shes helped me alot! Along with you guys;-)! Your excatly right about the rotations,I totally forgot that I was loosing during my begginer rotation,thats weird how Cathe can put those dvd together and figure just right what are body needs.....shes a true expert.Think I'll start doing the rotations.
