Okay, workout was B & G and I previewed Lotte Berke's Higher Assets (or something like that). I was falling asleep and realized I should have had my butt up doing it.
I'm going to weigh in tomorrow night Butterflygurl! I went last week and didn't really care for the meeting so I'm going to try Wed's meeting so I'll be shortchanging myself a day but I feel good about it. I had a decent week (actually the most decent I've had in a while). I lost points with the new system...arghh, my luck!!! I think I'm only supposed to have about 18 points but I'm still sticking to the 20. I remember when there was a range of 20 - 25 and I lost then. But, of course, there weren't 35 extra points then which makes up for them. I can barely make it by on 20.
Amy - thanks so much for the compliment. We were eating at a restaurant in New Jersey and you're looking at the upper New York skyline. It's really pretty there and it happened to be a gorgeous night!!!!!
Amelia - good luck with your studies. I'm a nurse so it's a related field. What will you do when you're done? I guess there are many jobs in this field I am just curious.
Cheryl - I agree that this is a lively bunch. Thanks so much for having all of us!! I don't have Muscle Max but I wish I did. Is it like Power Hour? Is it dated?
Belinda - I wish I could clean out my pantry and forget to eat, lol. With all of that food in front of me I definitely would have gone over..................
