G'morning everyone. I'm up too early but I can take a nap later.
My DOMS is not that bad, so today I'm going to do Imax 2 & MIS abds and stretch.

Amelia- a 2 year old and being patient is easy to say but hard to do. LOL I agree MIS is harder and longer than PH.

Kali- I'm proud of you, keep up the good work! I'd majored in Health Care Studies, which is health care management. I was able to transfer to another hospital (closer to home) because I knew a lot of healthcare concerns (HMOs, Medicare,RX problems, etc.) and my "new knowledge" helped me to do very well on the job interview. In fact they asked me if I've recently taken any course in the healthcare field. I believe that you should never stop leaning.

Good Morning to all you early birds and lazies!:) :)

Im not sure when I will get my workout in today. We are going to the community breakfast at 9ish, so that means no run before then. Then there is a parade at 10:30 and a b-day party at 12:30! So...the day just keeps filling up:eek: And I think it will be to warm to run outside later. Prehaps I will do a dvd instead.

Robin, I agree. The premixes look great. I can't wait to see actual clips of the workouts! I still haven't ordered them. Im going to wait to see what kind of deal cksales as. You can usually buy a full series and get a discount and b/c they didn't offer the preorder, Im assuming thats what will happen.

Soooooo....when I finally get around to it, I think my day will consist of cardio and weights. We are also having people over tonight. We were going to go out but I think DH's parents are doing something and we don't have any other babysitters. Plus, I really don't want to be dragging my feet again tomorrow morning, like I was last Sunday!

Thanks Robin. That's great you got to move to a hospital closer to home. I'm hoping to be able to work from home, because of the boys and school etc. There are tons of opportunties out there for that. I got a bit discouraged the other day when I saw all I have to learn in a short time, but after talking to you I am really pumped about it again. Plus the tip my advisor gave me is going to make it a lot easier for me.

Wow Gidge you do have a busy day! Me too. I have a 2 day seminar/retreat thing I'm going on w/ some old friends. It's from 9-3:30 today and tomorrow. Have a good time tonight.

I'll tell you guys what...You have no idea how good it feels to wake up at 6 am and not be dragging your feet after feeling like that for so long!
I'm planning either a TM walk or just the cardio from C&W's when I get home. Then just hang out w/ DH and the boys.

I've got a wedding this evening so I've got to get my workout in before then,Im thinking LIS or doing only the step combos in bm2 but this time on just the platform. I was going to walk this morning but DH wanted to sleep late so thats ruled out.

Robin-I agree with Kali,its great that you get to work in a hospital closer to home, Im hoping when Im finished with classes(towards the end of the year)I'll be able to work at home. Im sure you have mentioned this before but,how old are your boys?

Lori-Sounds like you have a busy moring! But then agina, your always a busy gal;-),Have a good workout!

Hey Gidge and Kali I see you both have a full day today. You want to hear something funny, well I brought the PH, BM, MIS DVD and yesterday I thought I was doing MIS. I was wondering why was it so much step aerobics :+ . What I did yesterday was Body Max not MIS... LOL.

Gidge I'm new to Cathe but I should have realize that there will be a discounted series, such has Hardcore series.

Robin~What Time was it when you were doing MIS(aka Body max)LOL! I once got MIS and PH confused! I also have that dvd...love it! but I've never done BM:+!

I just checked out the blog and Im REALLY physced about Disc"A". Wish I could purchase it seprately! I would go ahead and preorder but Im just not that big on kickbox style workouts.

Amelia it was early in the a.m. when I got those w/o mixed up. it's my faught because I did not view the w/o before hand. That's why it took me so long to finish. I kept writing down which DBs I was using. My daughter Jazlyn will be 13 (A TEEN :-( ) in Sept. My son is 10 and 1/2. I used to work in Manhattan which took me 90 mins to get home. Now, thank God, I'm 15 mins away.

Robin,A 90min drive sounds dreadful! Glad to hear your morning route is shorter now!:) My SIL is also going through the "teenage" drama,she has a 13yr old and a 15 year old,both girls! Atleast I don't have to deal with it for about seven more years,LOL.

Hi girls -

I've been busy all day helping a friend move to a new home!! Well..that's a workout!!!!

I see everyone is doing well. My eating has been good but the exercising has been going down by the wayside. I plan on getting back to it - full steam - tomorrow.
