Good Morning,

Just a quick check in today. Im not sure if I will get to workout b/c I am heading to my moms today. I may be able to workout tonight,its just not knowing if I will have the energy to do so! And b/c I am driving, I am sure DS's naps will be all over the place and he won't go to bed as early!

Anyway, I hope everyone as a good day! I will check in when I get home tonight!

Today's workout is.....suppose to be KPC,but im not feeling that one at all today! I might have to do something else,like give bm2 another go! Whatever I decide to do,It won't be this morning-Im to tired to even think about working out! I'll might do it after lunch!

Hey Ladies!

A quick check in b/f work. I did not get a workout in this morning. I could barely drag my hind parts out of bed! x( I can feel KPC from yesterday (back, shoulders are achy). I have L&G and a 20 run/walk on schedule for today. I weighed again (unoffically, and I lost most of the 4 that popped up during TTOM, just a couple of ounces off! Whew!!!! I was concerned- thought my scale was dying,,,, or lying! LOL!!! :+

Lori- Have a safe trip to Mom's.

Amelia- I totally understand how you feel today. I do not feel like working out today- but maybe after I get my tea in me and really wake up I will feel different. Let us know what you decide.

Nancy- It was nice to see you checked in last night. Sorry to hear you Mom is not feeling well. I hope she is enjoying the visit othrwise.

Cheryl, Belinda, Mary and Robin a big hello to you!! What do you all have up for today?

p.s. Amelia- I tried the other Fiber One bar (PB and oats) yesterday and it was delicious!! :9 Also, Yes I did all of KPC incl. the drills and SB at the end. I did not think they were a big deal until I woke up this morning achy!!

Wow, I'm being influenced to give KPC and kickboxing in general a much better chance from all sides. I thought it would be my least favorite in the new series, but maybe I'm wrong.

This morning I thought about GS Legs, but after yesterday's big push on PUB, I'm thinking just cardio and hit the legs hard tomorrow a.m.

Hey how is everyone doing this afternoon.

Today I'm feeling sore (DOMS?) so I just power walked for an hour with 1# weights. Yesterday I did Core Max 1...and it wasn't difficult...maybe I should double-up? What do you all think.

Belinda- I hope your were able to do a workout..I recommend Yoga for your stress

Amelia- sometimes we all need more than one day off...but if you have the energy this afternoon

Kim- Sorry about your DOMS but hey you lost weight...GOOD FOR YOU!

Hey Girls

I've decided to powerwalk for an hour this afternoon,my kids are just showing their butts to much for me to even consider working out! I'll walk when DH gets home! OH how I long for a Tread mill! I just hope I don't get rained out this afternoon!Im just so BLAH todayx(,I don't even feel like moving,or eating:+x(

I think I know whats wrong with me.....had a huge pc of chocolate cake yesterday after supper! Im not use to all that sugar! I sent the rest of the cake to be INHALED by my DH and his work buddies! Ya know what they say "out of site,out of mind"!

Kim-Those fiber ones are delish! Glad to hear ya like them!Congrats on the scale! Sending ya a High five,good job!

Robin-Coremax in yet another workout on my wishlist,if you didn't feel the workout i would double up on it next time!

The late checker is here..........

I did B & G Leg Blast Premix today. Oh MY..........can any of you really do that in its entirety???? I thought I was going to die. It was the hardest leg workout I've ever done. I better not be able to walk tomorrow, that's all I can say.

Hi Amelia - I don't have BM2, but I wish I did. I guess that's how you accumulate all of Cathe's workouts. Hearing everyone else doing them somehow you feel left out, lol. I hope you got the energy you needed after lunch.

Lori - I'm sure you had a good time at your Moms house. Did you fit in a workout tonight?

Kim - I'm glad you dropped those 4 lbs. I just hope I didn't pick them up. Just kidding....seriously, I'm still holding tight. Not losing, not gaining. I'd love to lose a few. Thanks for the well-wishes for Mom.

My DH and I will fly to Germany tomorrow morning! The cancer spread all over my mom's stomach! Tomorrow the doctors are doing 2 more test! I am hoping the cancer didn't spread all over her intestines ! I want to thank everyone for the prayers and the kind words! Please keep my mom in your prayers! I am so tired!
