Weight Watchers ......**Monday**

happy to report I got both workouts in today... A Tony Horton Leg Fest (50min) + New York Body Plan Circuit...WOW that one was 45 full minutes of sweat and abs & plyos and ball pushups/pike... Wowie!

Hey jane! No worries WI! Ya know I always say...It is what it is. You are taking charge agan after a tough February... The most important aspects of life are all working well. Good for you working out thru it all!

Cheryl: AMEN on the threads lately! I am not even reading them all today....to much negative energy for this gal! Thanks for all nutrition info and I did go peek at your SP...VERY SWEET of you to publish that access! I actually printed a couple of days of different calorie levels.

Gidget: Man what a great legs day you had! ^^^^^5!

Teddygirl: Have a great evening!!

Amy- LoriS - Belinda- Hope your Monday has been MAhhhh-va-lous!

Cheryl, thats why I find it hard to stay below 130 b/c my build is a med boned even though I am only 5'3"....oh...and 1/4:) Alot of the time I just say that I am 5'4":)

Jane, good luck with your weigh in.Thats one good thing about doing WW on line, I don't have to pay! LOL I don't have trouble keeping the junk out of my mouth for most of the day but when I eat dinner, its like there is no end. I keep looking for something else to eat...and then something else...when I move out of the kitchen Im o.k.

Traci, I did have a good legs day and I think I will be feeling it tomorrow. I didn't get to do the core workout though so I am hoping to finish that later.

Alright, I may be back later,
Lori:)

Thanks guys... I'll let you know how bad it is tomorrow night.

Traci - you know, I'll try to take that attitude and just scrap February and try to clean up my act in the coming month. This month hasn't been the best but, as always, things could ALWAYS be worst, so count your blessings.

Speaking of blessings:) , DS goes back to the neurosurgeon for his recheck tomorrow. I really hope his back is healing and no surgery will be needed. He hasn't been the most patient patient:p ! He is doing well but still has a lot of pain towards the end of the day. I'll let you know what the doctor says.

Lori/Gidge - I just re-checked out your PictureTrail. I'm guessing the fitness pix were taken before Ryan? But I can see what you mean - you are definitely medium framed with nice muscle. I am smaller framed, so at 124 pounds I still have soft on the back of my thighs/buns and stuff on my core that's easily loose enough to pull out and pinch (yucky!)

I'm bracing myself that it could take several months even beyond hitting my ideal weight to get everything tightened up and sculpted the way that I'd like it, but since this is a lifestyle, who's stressing over the calendar, eh? }( }(

Jane, I love your thought of just marking Feb. off your personal calendar as "survival" and picking the ball up from there. That's all you can really do - and thank heavens DS is okay, a month of lost time on fitness is the smallest price of all!

Back to business. Sigh. :)
Cheryl

Good evening!

Well, today was a bit of a fiasco! I was able to sleep for 2 hrs, trekked across town to the dr.s appt only to get caught behind a train! Finally got to the Dr.s appt at 1132 for his 1130 appt only to find out that it was supposed to be at 1115!!! DH wrote it down wrong! Anyway, we went to TGI Fridays for lunch and I was very proud of myself! I did the 3 course combo and got the low fat chicken steamed dumplings for an appetizer (only ate 1/2 the order, though) and the Sante Fe chicken salad with dressing on the side. It turned out to be a grilled chicken breast on a HUGE romaine salad with about 1/2 cup of corn/black bean/tomato salsa on top. I had to send the dressing back because it was TOO spicy and just got regular ranch. I didn't opt for the low fat ranch because of all the HFCS in it, and only used it to dip my fork into before taking my bites. Dessert was a super rich angel food cake roll with chocolate mousse inside....again, only ate 1/2 of it! All in all, my best guess is that it was all about 700 calories, which for one meal is a lot, but as it was going to be my main meal, I wasn't worried.

Came home and immediately crashed!!! I am probably going to have a bowl of cereal and head back to bed soon.

Hi Everybody! Had a hectic day too. Will be here tomorrow to do personals. I hate it when I can't x( ...

Cheryl, yeah those pic's were from before. And I was always trying to improve, never thought I was good enough, what I wouldn't give to look like that now!;( :) But I know I will again, so its not the end of the world. I also build muscle fairly easily and I think thats another reason why I weighed 130 lbs but I didn't look that heavy.

Kali, nice to see you checking in. Look forward to talking to you tomorrow.

Amy, your meal sounded yummy. To bad I am getting ready to go to bed and you are making me hungry.

Chat with you guys tomorrow,
Lori:)
