Thank you Christine so much for starting this thread...

I can make one correction though...this was my 13th marathon....... The weather was not great but we have trained in rain so I do not think it was a factor. We both had some quad tightening issues so the last half was a bit harder than previous marathons. We did finish though and that was our goal...... I had not done a marathon in about 4 years and for my sister it was 7.5 years. Thank you all for your kind words...I am a bit sore...but looking forward to another marathon. After STS that is...
