Hi Cathe!

I have a question; I regularly use the GS's over and over. I LOVE those w/o's! However, I *miss* all you other w/o's that I'm not always sure how to rotate in.
What I'm wondering, are there any benefits of doing full body workouts instead of exercising a couple body parts each day?

Just wanted to let you know Cathe, that your WO's have helped keep me and my lungs very healthy, and I have never been in this good of shape, medical issues or not! I think your WO's are beyond fun, and I can't wait to do more. THanks.

Are your boys getting excited about Halloween yet? Mine are, they are fighting over who will be Batman and who Spiderman!

Hi Cathe! I wanted to also drop in and say hi.

I want to say thank you for EVERYTHING that you do for us. Because of you, I am in the best shape that I have every been in, and that is after having two boys. YAY!

I am really looking forward to your road trip (this would be my first one) when you finally have the time. My husband is all ready asking me when it is (personally, I think that he just wants to kick me out of the house ;-) ).

So thank you for being such a big inspiration.

Hey Cathe!! Can't wait for the new workouts!! Could you tell me which workout has "everytime we touch" on it? I have an aerobics cd that has that song on it and have came to love it and I just wondered which of the new workouts had it on it?? Thanks Cathe! Are you glad to be back home to your hubby and two cutie-pituti little boys?? :+

Hi Cathe- I would love to see intermediate rotation too. I beyond beginner but not super advanced. I make some modifications and tone down some of the high intensity to make it more moderate intesity. I love all of your workouts. I tape some off of FitTv and own a couple to. I love the terminator dvd. Do you think any of your other dvds will get to FitTv? I am also anxiously waiting for the new dvds. I preordered all but drill max, the description scared me. ;-) Thanks for all you do for us.

It is so good to see you here again! :) I missed you while you were editing and authoring. I did my first Hardcore Series rotation in September and shed 14 pounds, and I am really looking forward to the new DVDs! :7

Melissa, you're too funny! For me it's not "you are evil" it's more like "oh, heck no!" }( . But I still love every tortuous moment, although....

I did PH for the first time this morning and loved, loved, loved it. However, I couldn't, for the life of me, do the tricep extensions on the bench with the barbell. I couldn't even do them without any weight :eek: . I simply couldn't move my arms in that direction with the correct form. I ended up grabbing two 10 lb. dumbells and did seated tricep extensions to the same count as you. Weird, huh??? I've NEVER had to modify anything until that point...it was kind of a bummer :(.

Anyway I want to extend a huge "Thank you!!!" for all your hard work and dedication. I can't wait to come take a live class with you! It was supposed to be in October but my schedule is starting to get hairy with a lot of horse showing so it'll probably be in Nov.

Hi Colleen! Sorry I didn't get to your question. I use the high step for a small portion of Butts and Guts.

Yes, I will continue to use the high step in future workouts.

The following DVD's use a High Step:

Legs and Glutes

High Step Circuit (intermediate)

Boot Camp

Pyramid Lower Body

Muscle Endurance

Pure Strength Series



The following DVD's use the high step for only a very few exercises:

I may have left one out by accident but I think I covered the main ones here.
