Oh yes, Spiderman and Batman are HUGE at my house too. They were/wore that for Halloween last year and play dress up weekly with those costumes. I really got my money's worth out of those.

Hi Susan! Absolutely....full body workouts are loaded with healthy benefits too.

I personally just enjoy doing "parts" vs full body because I can give more attention to one specific body part that way. Many times I like to do a full body part workout once a week as way of hitting all the major muscle groups a second time that week.

Hi Cathe! I hope I haven't missed you. I'm really, really, really looking forward to the new workouts. Thank you so much for doing the blog; it was a fun way to stay informed about the process.

I have a question that I've been meaning to ask forever: How come we don't hear your feet (and the crew's) in the videos? How come we don't hear the stomping?

And do you think you could periodically post a few more new workout pics on the blog? Even if you don't have anything to say, we always like to look at pictures. Pretty please??

How did you stay in such gorgeous shape during your recovery? I skip a day or two of w/o's and here comes the pudge!

By the way, I did cardio and weights this am, and still can't do the "walking planks", but I love to try!

Nice to hear from you Jordan! I still plan on filming those but I might alter the concept a bit (to be better of course :7 ). Still thinking about this plan.

Btw, the microphone system we use is excellent at keeping the noise of our feet from being picked up.
