The video clip is showing an awful lot of upper body...is there more lower body too? Isn't vertical loading a sort of flip flop of upper then lower? I'm just wondering.
 
Hi tlc93,

In a PHA workout you you alternate upper and lower body exercises, not in Vertical Loading. In Vertical Loading you start working the muscles at the very top of your body frame (shoulders) and then work down your frame doing one set of each major muscle group.
