Don't shun this Live....Super Sets is #BossBuilt and one that starts with the the letter A for ACT now and ends with Z for ZIPPITY DO DA! Alternating the muscles groups eliminates any boredom that you may have with weights and ups the momentum factor with "I like this!" ;):D Cathe customized the workout with a stability ball for a touch of whimsy & softness and to keep our core stabilizers working through out.
The Cathletes (Linda - you cool cat) did an amazing job pulling their weight with precision which gives us more inspiration to do it right at home. Nancy our counter is well trained by Cathe, she gave us a bonus on those Hamstring Roll Ins - it felt so good to be lying on that mat - Thanks Nanc :):cool:
