Attention Cathe Live Subscribers, Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 9:30 am EST, we’ll be doing “Low Impact Cardio and Upper Body Express” LIVE. This low impact high intensity workout is the partner workout to Cathe Live #408 (Low Impact Cardio and Legs Express”). We’ll be alternating low impact cardio with moderate-to-heavy weighted upper body exercises for the entire duration of the workout. Just as in #408, you get out of it what you put into so let’s get after it
Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells ranging from lighter to heavier. I’ll be using 5’s, 8’s, 10’s, 12’s & 15’s

Lol, how funny …they were on my cue cards to do with number 4 (right after upright rows) but when I got there I didn’t like how that was going to slow things down, so I bypassed them and threw something else in (I think it was hip huggers or something like that)
