This video clip is from Cathe's "ICE Total Body Compound" Live, that was first broadcast on Thursday, January 14th on Cathe Live and is our 84th live broadcast. Inspired by the ICE Metabolic Total Body workout, expect to do a similar workout but scrambled together in a new way with some heavier weight increments (option to stay light weight if preferred).

Various sets of weighted dumbbells ranging from 5 to 15 pounds.
