I was wondering if anyone else stuck to the circuit and total body weight workouts like myself. I love the high step circuits especially. It seems to be working for you. You look terrific. I think I admire your abs and glutes the most since that is where i am lacking. I also tend to lift around the same weights that Cathe uses except in biceps, where I sometimes have to lighten up. How can she lift so heavy with her biceps?
