To answer a few questions...I've never owned a gym membership...ever. I workout at home...unless I am running...then I am "wherever" . I have not done P90X since last June. I have been doing all Cathe with 1 yoga DVD worked in once a week as of the beginning of 2006.
I have been doing cardio 5-6 days per week. I run and I added the elliptical into my rotation mid January and I think that ***change*** made a big difference. For strength, I do 3 total body weight or circuit workouts, weights as heavy as I can go. My body responds better to the total body workouts.
All Cathe. I do watch my diet and have gotten better since 2006.
