Updated Picture Trail

Thanks so much Ladies! All of you are so very sweet!

To answer a few questions...I've never owned a gym membership...ever. I workout at home...unless I am running...then I am "wherever";) . I have not done P90X since last June. I have been doing all Cathe with 1 yoga DVD worked in once a week as of the beginning of 2006.

I have been doing cardio 5-6 days per week. I run and I added the elliptical into my rotation mid January and I think that ***change*** made a big difference. For strength, I do 3 total body weight or circuit workouts, weights as heavy as I can go. My body responds better to the total body workouts.

All Cathe. I do watch my diet and have gotten better since 2006.

It was just the other day I wondered if you were going to update your picture trail! I knew you had it go'in on! You do look amazing and you better get ready cause people are gonna want to know exactly what you do 24/7:)

I agree with everyone Sarah, but I also want to add, you are an overall beautiful lady! I've been so slack lately as my work and schooling take up so much time, but your really inspiring me!
Which total body workouts do you do mostly? I have just about every advanced workout out there. I started p90X (again, i've had this one since it came out) and for some reason... no DOMS. I can do alot of straight leg pushups, pretty much the whole workout, but still no DOMS.
I know it comes down to shaking up my routine and cleaning up the eating (big time).
You follow Burn the Fat, right? Maybe I'll just have to shell out the $$ to learn to clean up my eating. Guess I'll have to follow the plan too....;-)

Okay - I do all Cathe too, plus an occasional run. I need to know more specifics, please! I'm guessing, like Charlotte says, you're eating very clean. Would you mind giving a little more info? You can PM me if you want.

Can you copy from your training journal what Cathes you used with your cardio since january!

You make me want to suffer more when I work out! I just had to add that in too! Maybe I need to cry and sweat more to keep up with you!!!! GOSH!!!!!!
