Anyone do these? I LOVE this exercise. Functional fitness at its best. I learned this with my old sports circuit instructor (among many other things) and have incorporated this lately into my Cathe-izing.

On a side note - I have revisited Cathe with my son out of summer school & have been doing the BC rotation for a lighter weights, endurance based hit. Yep, she still KILLS me
