total upper body workout on new DVD

On the new HIS DVD there is a premix title total upper body. I am scheduled to do PUB tonight but was thinking of changing to this workout. does anyone know if it chest/shldrs/bi's/tri's and back and how long it runs for? I know I can look at the premix menu but I don't have access to that right now. Also, anyone done this one and have any input? thanks!
 
I did the upper body premix on Sunday and LOVED it. It's about 67 minutes. I loved the shoulder section the best, but then I love working shoulders! Cathe did a good job of incorporating some interesting exercises into the workout. It really adds variety so you don't feel like you're doing the same old workout.

So this total upper body is everything just minus the core right? That sounds like a fun upper body one but I couldn't figure out how it could only be 67 mins unless she cuts some things out --

this series has tons of premixes - which is totally AWESOME!!! I love to mix and match!!
 
This premix is the only thing I've done in this new series (I just received them late on Saturday). The only thing missing is a warm up and after workout stretch. It's fairly easy to do a nice upper body warmup/stretch.

WOW! I haven't done any of the premixes yet, and can't wait to try some of them. what are you're favorites?
 
It's over an hour if you add on a warm up and stretch.

I enjoyed it, but the lifting is so heavy, that I had trouble going into triceps work after doing the shoulder rounds and chest and back work. My triceps were pretty fried at that point. I just stared blankly at the tv for the dips.

If I make a total body upper workout out of this series, I'll probably stick the CST premix with the BB premix or plan some corework between the shoulders portion and the bi/tri portion to let my triceps recover a bit.

Otherwise, it was a great premix.
