My other workouts wouldnt go without a fight but if I had to pick only 3 they'd be:
1) Slow and Heavy: my favorite of the weight workouts and the one that works for me the best.
2) Kick, Punch and Crunch: fun cardio and effective core training
3) Legs and Glutes: there are better choices to make for a good balanced fitness routine but I picked this because it works great for my legs and I find myself singing along to the music.
In no particular order;
1)Step Jump and Pump- I like the variety
2) Step Blast- it is a blast
3)Legs and Glutes- difffernt kind of workout from what I am used to :7
