THIGH/BUTT SOLUTION

Cathlete
I'm posting this everywhere I possibly can. So here goes again.

I know that a LOT of women ask Cathe how to trim down their thighs and I, along with my fellow pears out there, would LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOOOVE to see a "thigh/butt solution" tape (along the lines of LL) with lots of squats, low ends, maybe some plyometric moves, killer floor work...whatever it takes to trim down our legs and rears. Something that would make our knees shake, butts quiver and quads like steel. You could help us change our most hated body part into our favorite. Please think about this Cathe...you are the ONLY one who could give us what it really takes.

Please post your support if you can.

I second this one! My lower body still wants to be a pear even though I have other plans ;)

So many workouts claim to be the one that will whittle away lower body trouble spots but I'm yet to find "the one", even though Leaner Legs comes close.

I want a lower body workout so tough that I have to call out sick from work the next day because I'm too sore to even think about leaving the house.

Please, please, please????

Since LL and PS L&A, I've trimmed my thighs and butt down A LOT...but, I don't want to be totally FLAT...I'd really like a little more muscle in the rear (but not thights) LOTS of SQUATS, please.

Lower body floor work

I would love to see a lower body video with all killer floor work! It would be nice to pair with leaner legs!

I just want to post my support for this idea in the "official" suggestions forum as I have on the Ask Cathe forum. I really don't care what the format is - just whatever works to slim down and sculpt the hips and thighs (quads, inner, outer, hamstrings - the WHOLE dang thing!). Maybe a mixture of heavy weight/light reps and light weight/high reps, standing and floor work. Whatever it takes. And I think someone else suggested that this workout be so intense, so tough, and so effective that it becomes LEGENDARY among pears and apples alike!!:D

Yes! Pilates inspired with a Cathe twist would be awesome. A little work with the stability ball again would be great too.

Butt & Thighs Boot Camp!

I'm putting in my vote for this type of workout, too!!! A Butt & Thighs Boot Camp that would kick our rear ends into royal shape!!! I want to FEEL every little/big muscle back there!!!! }(

we will probably get our wish... is not one of the new releases LEGS AND GLUTES!!!!!....we all better be careful for what we wish for!!!}(

I know, I know...

I'm so excited that she's doing this tape. It's like she responded directly to this post. Hoorah! I love that woman.

This is a great description for a lowerbody w/o I'd like to incorporate.

Loving this idea!

How about a Butt and Thigh Mini-Series!!! Basically I'm thinking a few workouts strictly for slimming down the butt and thigh area once and for all, maybe so they could be put into a Lower Body Solution format? For example, one workout concentrating on plyometrics (which we all know kills the lower body), one with pilates concentrating on the lower body and abs (Cathe style of course!), one concentrating on stability ball work for the lower body and abs, and one using the mini-step and regular killer lower body standing work (since the others probably have done a lot of lying down lower body work). Each of these can take about half-hour, coupled with another half-hour of cardio (which all of us pear and apple shapes need so badly!). So each workout would be about an hour. And of course, not to forget the upper body, the last two workouts can be one of Cathe's upper body workouts (so many great ones to choose from) and the last one can be one of her hour long cardio workouts (great choices here too).

Okay, sorry this post was so long. But as you can tell, I'm a little excited about this idea! What does everyone think? **Please Cathe, consider doing this!!!**
