The women in the P90X workouts

Ladies,

What does this mean then? I've been doing this workout now for 1 week, does this mean I won't get the results I want? Did I spend my money foolishly? It this workout worth it?:eek:

I've read so many yeahs on this, that's is why I bought it. I'm going to have to trust my instinct.

I will go through the workout for the entire time, and I'll let you know if my body has improved. But I sure don't want to waist my time.;(

Go look at my pics again. Go on the Beachbody forums and see the results that other have got.

You'll get results. Yes, it's worth it. No, you're not wasting your time.

First off, congrats on doing the P90X workout, it's a hard one. I wouldn't worry about not gettng the results. I am almost done with week two and do see a significant improvement all ready. Personally I don't think that you are wasting your time. Keep pushing and I am sure that you will see results ;-) . Good luck.

Janie- You will get out of it what you decide your goals are! Listen to Tony & read the manual.
If you want to just lean out.... 12-15 reps (last 3 must be really tough for you) If you want to build - lift 8-10 w/ last 3 killers for you. You cannot go wrong unless I think if you flip flop around w/ high reps & low reps. Just decide on your 90 day goal and go for it full steam ahead! Not a waste of money.... Just gotta have the goals & stick-to it (BRING IT!) mindset.
Of course thats just my humble opinion;-)

Shelley's picture is the reason I pressured my husband for an early Christmas present:)

I'm curious....

How many of you have a summer body and a winter body?
I know many bodybuilders talk about bulking and cutting phases.
I can't maintain my leanest body year round. Many figure competitors/bodybuilders say it's impossible to maintain ripped abs year round(unless you're genetically blessed).

Sorry, Janie, I surely didn't mean to cause any concern about the workout itself. I'm halfway through and love it! I was just curious if anyone observed that the women look nothing like Cathe and the ladies. I know that there are cut P90X women, but they just aren't in the workouts and I thought that was an odd choice for an extreme program.
