Ha - you two do this on the day I START tracking my eats again Oh well. I did what you are doing - did it for the summer. My problem is not eating enough but I did fine in the end. Probably too many carbs - well, yes too many. I am not as defined as I was but I also let the weight workouts drop some in favor of just doing what struck me for the day And I am probably the only one who would notice unless I point stuff out. I am the only person I do this for too though, so I am ready to get back to it. It was a great break and now I am actually excited to track my food again and hit the weights hard. Have fun with this. It really is nice to not be all mental about it all, although that part gets some getting over in and of itself!
