I just wanted to take a minute to say (as publicly as I can) thank you to Debbie. She's given me some tips to tweak my routine, and a little kick in the butt, that has taken me to a whole new level w/my weightlifting. I'm stronger than I've been in my life & she gets a lot of credit for that.
I don't do rotations, but I know she spends a lot of time creating them & answering questions for other forum members. She doesn't have to, she does it out of love for fitness and from her heart.
So a big THANK YOU to Debbie & all she does for us. You rock girl!
