Wow! I am burnt toast-my legs are so fried right now! I absolutely love everything about this workout! I don't know how Cathe makes it look so easy. I know she said to work your way up to doing all 5 Tabata's but I was so excited & from looking at the exercises in the book, each Tabata had moves I wanted to do. Plus I wanted to try Core 2 since I tried Core 1 yesterday. Now I can't pick a favorite cause that was my new fave ab workout but I loved today's even more. Again, LOVE all the new moves & it was REALLY tough! I felt pretty good when I woke up so I chose to do Premix 4 (Tabat's 1-4 + Core 2). Again, the music is current & set/picture are beautiful and everyone looks great. I LOVED the warmup-it was fun which got me even more pumped to do the workout. Well, after the 1st Tabata, I was really gassed-I was breathing so hard. But I pushed on...during the 2nd Tabata, my legs started to burn so much that I thought about stopping after that one. But I threw in a cheat and paused the DVD for a minute then continued on. I was loving the 3rd Tabata so much that I thought the extra minute of recovery helped, but then at the end Cathe said it was one of the easier ones (which still was not easy at all). I really didn't know if I could do any more but I threw in another cheat-I paused again for 2 minutes this time to decide if I could do it. I decided to finish strong! Although I wouldn't say I looked strong-I probably looked like I was gasping for air & nauseous. It was super tough to finish this-I had to stop short on the jumps both times and on the recovery step blast. All of the recovery step blast were tough for me because I was still trying to get air from the last Tabata. Then for Core 2-I LOVE this one so much! All tough moves. As soon as I started I realized that my abs were sore from yesterday and it was very difficult for me to finish all of the moves. I had to stop short on all of them today. This workout is no joke! I totally enjoyed every part of it and I know as I improve and can do more/longer I will know how far I've come. Another AWESOME workout Cathe! You are truly amazing how you continue to outdo yourself every single time! Thank you!!!
