I was wondering if we could have a workout log with all the exercises written and columns for weight/date progression. Probably for a 3-month cycle and/or 6 month cycle. Or may be download the workout log? Is that a possibility?
Actually I'm just thinking out loud, may be somebody can chime in with better/easier suggestions?
