Hi Everyone! I thought I would give you a weekend update to let you know what's going on in preparation for the arrival of STS. While we have already been putting in numerous extra hours all week long, we have a good handful of staff working overtime all of this weekend (day and night shifts) doing anything and everything possible to make this week’s shipment and delivery a smooth and rapid success. Our staff has been busy pre-making boxes and getting as many steps done in advance as possible which will make shipping many times faster once we begin.
Yes, you should see this place. The filming studio is packed with rolls and rolls of bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and enthusiastic box makers. As a matter of fact, we have two production set ups. One, as I mentioned, in the filming studio and the other in the shipping department where the User Guides, DVD's, and an eager team of box stuffers will be stationed.
We are so ready and waiting for that delivery of DVD's to put this effort into all out action.
Now is a good time to also mention that Customer Service will be slow throughout the shipping period next week. Please be patient as we are making the shipment of the DVD's our utmost priority. Therefore, while your support questions will definitely be seen, it may be several extra days or so before you hear back from Customer Service.
