STS then RWH or vice versa?

Every year before a vacation, I plan ahead to do a round of STS to get ready for a trip. I've done all variations over the years (undulating, mixed w/LIS, 3.5 mos, 6.5 mos, mixed w/XTrain, etc.). I will be turning 48 in 2015 & I think we will be going on a big trip for our 20 year wedding anniversary so I want to be in best shape ever! If I wanted to do STS again, but add on the new RWH series, would it be better to do RWH rotation before or after STS rotation? And would you take a week of active rest between the two rotations like you do in between the STS Meso's? I guess, I'm asking if there would be different results/achieve different goals depending on the order? I was thinking of adding it after STS just because I think RWH will really kick it up a few thousand notches! Thank you!
 
That's what I'm planning on doing. I'm currently doing a six month STS rotation so I can put on a little more muscle and then I plan on doing the two month Ripped with Hiit rotation and basically use that rotation as sort of my cutting phase. I haven't done STS in almost three years so these workouts almost feel brand new to me again. I'm also combining STS with Horizontal Conditioning, Cathe Live and Ilaria's online workouts just to mix things up a bit.

I think you have many options...It all depend on what you want to achieve before the vacation. LIHI weight segment are hypertrophy workout, which is the equivalent of meso 2. Hiit from To the max, cross fire and other cathe's Hiit segment worked really well for me
combined to Meso 1 and 2 STS. I got really lean after completing the cycle. Cardio were short but effective. I mixed high and low impact Hiit. All the best:)

Thanks coaccountant23 & nckfitheart2009!! I have so many favorites that I mix into my STS. Besides the STS HIITs, MMA Fusion & KB, I also mix in XT AOLI HIIT, XT X10, XT FT, XT SC, XT Tabata and LIS AB & CSS. And, I love all Cathe's lower body workouts too but my all time fave is LIS Trisets lower body. I don't know why, but I always get DOMS no matter what & it's a short workout! There's just so many to choose from.

I tend to bulk up so I'd like to build the muscles but also get really lean. It helps to know what others have had success at. I also know that I only get the best results if I am eating super clean - there were some past rounds that results were not the best I could of gotten because even though I worked out like a crazy person I was a little too relaxed about the splurges. And as I am getting older, what use to work either doesn't or not as quick as before.

I also got appletv for Christmas just so I could start Cathe Live and I was wondering how I was going to add that in the mix. You are right - so many options! Thank you for the tips!
 
Well I personally plan on using Cathe live as a way to hit the muscle groups twice a week. When I start Meso 2 I'm going to do STS on Sundays (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps), Mondays (Legs) and Tuesdays (Back and Biceps) & then on Fridays I plan on implementing Cathe Live and doing an all encompassing weight workout--either an all upper body weight workout or a total body weight workout. Cathe has a lot to choose from so there is going to be plenty of variety to keep interested.

Hi Nathalie - I am going to do this one too, a bit later in the winter. First I am doing one of the "official" RWH-only rotations! I am just over 1 week in so far and loving it.
