Hello, I was wondering what all you girls really think of the STS series? Are you seeing alot of results? Is it really worth the money? I appreciate any input. I have all of CAthe tapes, but before I put that kind of money out I would just like your opionions. THanks so much!!! Lori

I love it and I definitely think it is worth the money. I look foward to doing these workouts.

As far as results-well, my eating is not good so I am not seeing too much, but I definitely am getting much stronger. I really notice a difference in my legs.

Good luck in your decision.

Lori,

ABSOLUTELY! :D I have seen a HUGE difference in my muscle tone and my endurance. I did not eat as clean as I should have in Mesco 1 and still saw results but definitely changed my eating for Mesco 2 and the combo together has given me fantastic results. Even hubby has notice and has joined me....secretly I think he is hook on Cathe but won't admit it....;)

STS is worth every penny and more! High fives here and I can not say enough good things. I see denfinition in my arms, legs and my rear end thanks Cathe very much because all those lungs has raise it to new levels!!:D

I love it and I'm enjoying it greatly! I've made very noticeable strength gains and I cleaned up my eating and I've lost a couple pounds and inches. Personally I consider it the best workout investment I've ever made and I plan to get a lot of use out of it.

STS is worth every single penny!
I would buy it all over again. IMO, this is Cathe's best work. I will use this system over and over for years to come. I have no doubt I am gaining lean muscle tissue. I can't wait to see what I look like after a year!

k, I'm gonna be fiddy, I'm crunchy, wwwwaaaayyyyy overweight, and fighting arthritis and I LOVE STS. I'm on week 3 and I'm seeing more results than the 3 months I spent with a personal trainer last year.

Since I'm so out of shape I'm planning on doing Meso 1 for at least one more rotation before going on to Meso 2.

It's a quality production, is worth the price and is a better value than the $900 I spent in personal training.

Oh Lori! I have to say STS is the best fitness purchase of my life. I have seen results and so has my DH. I recommend it to every person I meet! :) LOVE IT!

I have to agree that STS is probably the best fitness purchase I have made. While I haven't seen as impressive results as others, I have certainly gained strength and endurance. I didn't weigh or measure before starting so I can only go by the way my clothes fit and that is the same. But I feel great and really look forward to doing the workouts and that says alot when you are working hard. So very glad I purchased these.

Definitely worth the money. Not only are the workouts fantastic, but the thing I like the best is that it is soooo easy to stay motivated. Since it is a three month program, you never want to get off track, which I find makes me get my workouts in no matter what. Honestly at first I was a little nervous because I couldn't get motivated to find my 1RM, and then I felt like I was putting in a lot of time getting everything input in the computer, but now I am really glad I did put the time in. The results are fantastic. I'm seeing some really nice definition and am sure I will use the program for years and years to come.

Oh yea, every penny that you spent on the new series es worth, But if you want to see results, you have to eat clean and take your vitamins and something really important Fish Oil Omega 3. I have really good results, the part it has been really hard to shape is my shoulders but after Meso1 I can tall how nicely they look.and I love my abs...You know I have 4 daughters so even when my stomach is flat I still have that yuck extra skin that I can't do nothing about it, (only tummy tuck will do and I hope I will get it some time this year). But I still love how hard and firm is my muscle under my skin..
But yea I will not even think about and just get them, I'm going to get the new ones also the STS cardio, see how much I trust Cathe.....

STS is definitely the best fitness investment I've ever made! One of the many things I love about it is that it's structured and very motivating. I'm doing the 5-6 month rotation and this is my last week of Meso 1. Although I'm looking forward to my rest week next week, I can't wait to start Meso 2! (Although after reading some of the posts about Meso 2, I'm a little scared!!!) I feel so much stronger, and for the first time in my life, I'm doing all pushups on my toes! I used to only be able to do maybe the first 4 or 5 on my toes, then go to my knees for the rest. My next goal is to be able to do chinups and pullups, and with STS I know I eventually will...

I would recommend STS to everyone! Get it, you won't regret it!!

I agree with all the other posters. STS is the best weight series Cathe has ever produced, and worth every penny. I'm on week 3 of Meso 2 and am so much stronger and have better definition than ever. I would also recommend doing the 1RM tests. I have found that having a target weight that challenges you really ups the intensity and results.

Definatly worth the money! I was skeptacal at first with the way it was set up (working every muscle group once a week) but Im seeing Great results probley the best I have ever seen in my life and its so much fun I just love it!!!

Thanks you so much everyone for your reviews! I ordered today and also pre-ordered the sts cardio. I'm really excited to get them!! One question how many step risers do you need if you dont have the slanted one. It looks like cathe uses around 10 riser.. THanks again girls! Lori

Lori, I just use my regular Reebok step at 10" for most exercises. It works fine for me. For the incline work, I just set it to about 12" at one end and 6" at the other end. I don't know what kind of step you have and whether you can do something like that. You can experiment and see.

I have the reebok step as well. I already have 8 risers, so that should be good. Right? Lori

That should work fine. Like I said, I haven't had any problems using the Reebok step for all the weight work. I'm sure you'll enjoy STS. For the first time in a long time I cannot wait for my next workout. It's that much fun:D.

I know you really liked CLX also, how do you think they compare? Do you see better changes (lean muscle) with STS than you did with CLX? Do you think you'll ever do another CLX rotation after STS? Trying to decide which program would be best for me to stick to...

Personally, I have CLX and STS and CLX doesn't even come close to the intensity of STS. I don't think I would have gotten the results I'm getting from CLX as I am with STS. I'll eventually do a full cycle of CLX so I'll know for sure, but after week 1 of CLX I can tell you this is COMPLETELY different.

Oh and on risers, I have the club step, the high step and the slanted risers and using them all, I find I can go as high as I want without problem. I sometimes use th slanted risers together to form the equivalent of 3 risers on one side. :)
