STS SERIES

Oh yea,every penny that you spent on the new series es worth, But if you want to see results,you have to eat clean and take your vitamins and something really important Fish Oil Omega 3. I have really good results,the part it has been really hard to shape is my shoulders but after Meso1 I can tall how nicely they look.and I love my abs...You know I have 4 daughters so even when my stomach is flat I still have that yuck extra skin that I can't do nothing about it, (only tummy tuck will do and I hope I will get it some time this year).But I still love how hard and firm is my muscle under my skin..
But yea I will not even think about and just get them, I'm going to get the new ones also the STS cardio, see how much I trust Cathe.....

Can you recommend what brand of fish oil omega 3 to buy? Thank You, Lori
 
LOVE IT!!!!

I love this workout. I have never worked this hard before. My own periodization programs were simply inadequate compared to this. I am fighting some pretty bad hormone issues right now and I am STILL seeing results. I think once my hormones are fixed I will see even better results. I am not eating perfectly clean and I am STILL seeing results.

I just started meso 2 so I have only done 1 month, but wow - I have noticed a certain slimming. I would totally recommend this workout. Absolutely a must since you can repeat it and keep building upon your base. Plus, you can switch up the combo of body parts you work. I have also read some people even designing a full body workout from this series. (Those customizations are not on film though - you would have to reorganize your workout cards and do it on your own.) Finally, you can combione the cycles and do a 6.5 mo. program. So you get a lot for the money.

I take this to the gym. I have previewed the videos and made my notes on the workout cards. Then I transfer everything to an Excel chart (yes I am nerdy like that). Now you can just print out the cards and do the workout, I just like to have my own thing for the gym. Or you can do the videos at home and workout with the gang. There are just so many options!
