I think what the guys are wearing is perfect!!! I wouldn't expect them to be wearing anything different.

The only time I ever not liked what guys were wearing in workout videos was back in the 80's. Back in the Jane Fonda workout days.

I love when the fit guys at gym wear this, but note that most stick to baggy tops & shorts no matter how fit they are.

honestly I kinda understand what your saying. but at the same time the post did come off rather harshly. I can also understand how if you want men to workout to these videos the outfits they are wearing will work better. I usually like it when workout videos are color coordinated (just because its easy to look at-no distractions).. but its not a huge issue. I like how the STS seems to have a real gym style look to it. But I also like how the workouts Jari Love does coordinate with lots of grays/blacks. The men look fine to me in those workouts. Jess

I could care less what they are wearing. As far as I am concerned Cathe and crew can go back to wearing headbands and spandex. And the men could wear speedos! The men in the videos are worth the $$$ alone
