Good beautiful morning! Thanks Missy but I'm off today (have to fill in on Thurs for owner absence again though.) Dragging my butt this morning just thinking about the long school year ahead. Why does that bother me? Just the endless getting up early, I guess. Even though 3 days a week I rise early for work.
Anyway, I was feeling quite achy this morning from yesterday's step and at some point it occurred to me that I should do some yoga. I just finished UY Flexibility. Note to self: shoulders are not ready for UY yet.
I could feel my ?tendons pulling or in a flare-up sort of way.
But the whole body stretching felt really good.
I swear I can't do anything on my own unless a dvd instructs me. In the evenings after I do my arm exercises, even though I have such a huge repertoire of stretch moves learned from my dvds, I can barely remember any!
I have a calm home day so I'll do some more filing later.
