Another downer of a day, weather-wise. On and off showers. Chilly. Sheesh. We've had a recurring spell of not much sun.
This morning I did TBT, TB Express. To my surprise, I quickly realized I'd never done the LB portion before! This premix went fast because it was one set of each exercise. I found the workout to be a bit short at under 49 mins; could have used five more minutes of leg stuff. So then I added on CoreMax (stab ball, 20 mins), another workout I'd never done before. These older workouts are not as effective, I feel.

Carolyn, I've never tried rutabaga before either. Definitely get tested for Lyme disease, esp if you live or have been in a woodsy area. Need to catch that early, if you were bitten.
Wow, Missy, 14 risers! Easy for me to use the $100. There are still a lot of Cathe's dvds I don't have: as you know, HST, HSCh, MM, IMAX3, and on and on. I too don't really want the old stuff.
