I can't thank Cathe and her crew enough for all of the premixes. I sometimes use the timesaver versions when I'm learning the routine but also use them when I am short on time. I also find in a timesaver I somehow get something different out of the routine when I can put just that little more effort into a move when in the normal routine my energy might be flagging a bit or I have the pace myself for another move coming up. I also like it when the premix literally mixes it up and it challenges you differently even though you know the moves. Keep 'em coming!
