Strength in Numbers

Julie Good job in getting through your lower body workout. It was warm at 6am.

This morning I didn't have a chance to workout. I had to leave home by 6am to get out to my mom's to get her to a urologist appointment at the hospital. It was a very early morning appointment and I had no idea what the traffic would be like. Everything went well so we will see how things go. After I got home I went out for groceries. Now I am really tired and I don't want to do anything else.

Cheryl That is early. Glad the appointment went well. Hope she continues to do well.

This morning was an upper body weight workout. I was having another struggle bus day. I think it is getting close to that time of the month. I always seem to have less energy and strength right before.

Cheryl Great. Job on making it to the A division in dragon boating. You had a very busy morning, it sounds like a long nap was a great idea. I am so sorry about your mom’s fall, that must have made your heart drop finding her lying on the floor. I’m so glad she is ok and hopefully she will start wearing her pendant more often! Great job on STS2 TBS!

Yesterday morning was supposed to be To the Mat Legs and Glutes, but I didn’t feel like doing that one so I did Great Glutes instead. Then I had to take one of the kittens to the vet because he did something to his leg, He wasn’t putting any weight on it and was crying, but luckily there were no breaks so they just gave me some pain meds for him. This morning you wouldn’t know there was anything wrong . In the afternoon I had a crochet group. We are working on an art project to decorate part of a street downtown with crocheted mandalas. I’ll post a picture when I find one. This morning was S&S Ramped up upper body and the Butts and Guts bonus stability ball abs. Have a great day!

Julie Good work on your upper body weight workout. It is normal to not have as much energy when it is getting close to that time of the month. I am very post menopausal and I still feel those ebbs and flows.

Pam Great job on Great Glutes and S&S RUUB and the B&G Stability Ball Abs. He probably feel wrong when he was playing and just tweaked his leg a bit. Glad to hear that it was nothing serious.

This morning I was so tired I didn't workout again. I didn't drink enough water yesterday so that didn't help and looking after my mom really can tired me out. So I am just going to drink more water and rest up today and hopefully I will have more energy tomorrow.

Pam Great job on GG! Oh poor kitty, glad nothing was broken. Oh the crochet project sounds neat. I wish I was crafty. Maybe some day. Great job on S&S RUB and B&G bonus SB abs!

Cheryl Sounds like a good idea to get some relaxing time in. Dehydration can make you sleep awful and not really take the energy out of you. Hope you get your energy back.

This morning was my sleep in day and it was nice. I think today and tomorrow is supposed to be yucky weather but Saturday and Sunday look to be nice.

Julie I’m not sure how I missed your post yesterday, but great job on your upper body workout! The joys of the monthly curse! I hope your energy is back soon!

Cheryl I’m sure all of the stress of everything that has been happening is taking a toll on you. That can really wear you out and it’s important to take care of yourself!

Julie ‘m glad you had a nice sleep in day. I love it when the nice days land on the weekend instead of during the week. We‘ve had so much rain lately, I can’t wait for the sun to come back!

This morning was Step Blast. I always like that one, but I was ready to be finished! Today I have a lunch with the Dress for Success auction committee to celebrate the success at the gala and not sure what I’ll do with the rest of my day. Have a great one!

Cheryl Great job on S&S TBGS! I hope you had a good shift at the SPCA.

I didn’t get a workout in yesterday. We went to UNC for a reception for the PhD students and their families and that took most of the day. After we got home and went and got a pedicure . This morning was STS Total Body and now I’m getting ready to do some work around the house. Have a great day!
