Pam Congratulations on the win. Fingers crossed for you that you team does well. Good job on STS 2 Lower Body 2.

I was really tired this morning and my knee was acting up so I decided to take the day off. I did go and buy some new workout shoes though. Mine were about 1 1/2 years old and they had no cushioning anymore. Now I need to get a salad made and then we are going to my brother and SIL's for dinner.
