Julie Good job on Live Scrambled Cardio & Weights. It sounds like it would be a fun one to do. I am happy that your DH is getting better though it is slowly. I find back issues always take a long time to get better.

Pam Usually they need to see the place and then they realize that it is better than what they thought. Having 10 owners is much better to split the cost with. Good work on Rockout Knockout.

This morning was Power Max an oldie and one I haven't done in a long time. It was a lot of fun and it was funny looking at the outfits and the hair scrunchies. Tonight is dragon boating and it will be a hot one. Our last practice until our regatta on Saturday. Our first race will be a 8:48 in the morning a 250 meter to see what division we place in and then 3 500 meter races to see if we win a medal.

OMW! I'm so sorry for not posting! It just seemed like yesterday. Uggg. I did weight lifting by pulling out things to sell at a garage sale. And cardio. Really!

Last night was Live Cardio Mish Mosh. It was ok. If I did it again it would be when I need a lighter workout. Some of the blasts were advanced but she had quite a bit of rest time in between and I could feel my heart rate going down. I guess I could add jacks while she talks and rests. DH was doing quite a bit better when I got home. He said he is still in pain but he was able to get around all day without the cane and even mowed the grass (on a rider).

Pam Great job on RK! That’s great that your mom and sister are loving the new place and are excited to move. Especially since they were not looking forward to it at first. Kind of sounds like an all-inclusive resort.

Cheryl Great job on PM! That was immediately what I thought of (leotards and scrunchies) when I saw you did that one. How exciting that it is getting close to the Regatta. I can’t wait to hear about it.

Janie You are too funny! No worries on not posting. Time flies when you are busy or having fun.

Julie Great job on Live Cardio Mish Mosh. Bummer that it wasn't a great workout. I get frustrated with some of the DVDs when Cathe is too chatty :) I'm glad to hear that your DH is starting to get around better. You are right, the place that my mom and sister will be living is like an all inclusive resort!

I was about to say that I did Rockout Knockout this morning, and then I realized that was yesterday :oops:. This morning was Supercuts with all 8 rounds of su/pu combo. I did them all and kept up with the crew this time but I did have to drop to my knees for the last half of the last 3 pushup sets. This week is dragging already! I was really busy the last few weeks but got everything finished yesterday so now I have a little lull. I am starting a new project and it always takes me a little while to start getting motivated on them. Have a great day!

Just finished Muscle Max Time saver. It took almost an hour. But OOOOOOOh it felt good!

Pam, Great job on keeping the days straight! I don't always... Also for doing Supercuts with all 8 rounds of su/pu. Wow! Good for you! Sending motivation energy your way. Hope it helps. If there is such a thing. LOL!

Julie, Great job on Live Cardio Mish Mosh. Yay, glad to hear DH was doing better when you got home. Wow even mowed the grass. Seems when you are down and start to get up again, it motivates you to keep going. I would too. Yay!

Last nights dragon boat practice went well. We seemed to be in time and a lot stronger than when we first started. I got invited to practice with my coach's team again on Thursday. It should be fun. This morning I did Muscle Endurance, wow but I could tell that it had been a while since I had done an endurance type workout. My muscles were burning by the end.

Last night was my Lift Weights Faster workout. After DH having a good day, he was having a really bad day yesterday. I am hoping he was just tired from doing some things on Tuesday and will be better today.

Pam Great job on Supercuts and the su/pu combo! You did awesome on it! I have the same problem with starting new projects.

Cheryl I'm glad that your dragon boat practice went well and you get to do it again tonight. Great job on ME and those humming muscles!

Julie Great job on LWF. Oh no! I hope your DH was just having a temporary set back from doing too much when he was feeling good :mad:

So this morning it was RWH Plyo Hiit 1 and STS No Equipment Abs. I haven't slept well for the past several nights because it is so hot and it showed this morning. I really struggled to get through the workout. I was very happy that it was just a short one. Tonight I went out dragon boating with the other team. We did a mock 500 meter race and I was drenched with sweat at the end. I couldn't even see out of my sunglasses they were so steamed up.

Cheryl Great job on RWH PH 1 and NE abs. Sorry you are having a tough time sleeping in the heat. Hopefully it will cool off a bit for you soon. Sounds like you got a great workout in at dragon boating too! That is funny that your sunglasses were so steamed up!

This morning for me was Afterburn. I did the double trouble premix and then added abs from Muscle endurance since I realized here hadn't been a lot of abs so far this week. I know a lot of the workouts that I have been doing have included functional core work, but you know I just don't feel right unless I have done something that is officially labeled abs :rolleyes: So glad it's Friday, the weekend is almost here!! Last night was Live Super Cuts w/Blasts. It was a good workout. Not sure if I like it better than the DVD. The blasts were nice in there and Cathe started out almost at too fast of a pace switching from one exercise to the next without much time to switch equipment but then she slowed down midway through the workout. There was no situp/pushup combo and maybe I missed that a little.

Pam Great job on CrossFire! It’s Friday now. I have felt like this week was dragging by too.

Janie Way to go on Metabolic Total Body and Low Impact Sweat and Icy Core 2.

So Friday I did Low Impact Circuit but I left out the abs. I have been working my abs a lot in the workouts last week and with dragon boating so I decided to give them a break. Saturday was another really hot day. We didn't do as well dragon boating as I hoped that we would. Our first race was 200 meters and it was really windy. Our steer person is new to this and this was also her first regatta so she did have trouble trying to keep our boat on course and get us to the start line. We finished the race and got back to our tent to find out that the timing clock didn't work for our race and the one before us so we had to do it again :eek:. The second time was a bit better but we still came in last out of the 6 boats. Our next 3 races were 500 meters each and I am thankful that the clock worked on all of those. However being a new team we were always put in the outside lane (they apparently do this with all new teams so you only have to deal with one boat beside you instead of two) which was a tough one to be in because we were dealing with all the waves and the tide. At least we were consistent and came in last in all of our races :(. It was a lot of fun though and now we aren't regatta virgins anymore. We will practice more and get really for next season. Today I decided to really take a day off and not do any workout at all. It was a long day yesterday I left home at 6am and didn't get home until 6:30pm.

This weekend went by kind of fast. I had to do some work from home on Sunday so that probably didn’t help. Saturday morning I did Strength Training for Fat Loss. I think this is the last one I will do for a while. After that was a few chores and running errands. Sunday was Live Low Impact Cardio Leg Blasts w/Ball Upper Body. That is a mouthful but it was a good workout. After that it was being lazy for a little and then working on some things I didn’t get done during the week at work.

Janie Great job on MTB! Whew is right! That is a good sweaty workout. Great job on LIS + Icy Core 2! Cathe did a great job with the ICE series.

Cheryl Great job on LIC! Bummer you came in last in all the races but you guys got that first one done and now you can look to only going up from here on out. Good for you taking a full rest day. You have been really working hard lately and deserve it.

Cheryl Great job on LIC. Bummer that you didn't do as well as you had hoped in the regatta, but now you have that experience under your belt. That must have been frustrating having to do one of the races over. That was a REALLY long day, wow! You have bee working really hard so I hope that you thoroughly enjoyed that rest day.

Julie It's always a bummer when you have to do work on the weekend. I hope it wasn't too much! Great jobon STFL and Live LIC+++ Some of those live workouts sure have long names o_O It sounds like that was a good one!

I took Saturday as a rest day, but we did get to ski because the boat is fixed :D. We went around 4 pm and then hung out at the lake for a little while afterwards because it was such a gorgeous night. Sunday was RWH LI Hiit. I did the 1&2 premix and then bonus abs 1. The rest of the day was just doing laundry and a few errands. This morning was RWH LIHI Legs. I hadn't done that one in awhile and it was fun. Have a great day!

Lat night was Live Stability Ball Total Body Weights. It was a good workout. I was really tired all day and had a super busy day at work so my energy was not that high. Leg work was all with the ball and other than some roll-ins and bridges wasn’t much. I probably won’t do this one again. So since I have been doing these lives, I am keeping track of which ones I like by assigning them a 1-5 rating so I know which ones I want to do again. It is so weird that I feel guilty when I have to give one of Cathe’s workouts a 3. I feel like I am giving her a C grade.

Pam That is great news that the boat is fixed and you got a ski in. Hopefully this summer will last a little longer so you can get more in. Great job on RWH LIH 1 & 2 plus bonus abs 1 and RWH LIHI Legs.

Cheryl Great job on ICE RSK + BB! I used to take my rest days on Sundays and literally did nothing all day. It was nice at first but then it started to feel weird.

This morning was LIHI CST + Bonus abs 2. I had forgotten about those finishers! I did 6 of the decline pushups though, so I thought that was a small victory ;) Have a great day!
